SilvaShado Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 I was just curious if anyone got the Comic-Con Star Wars Advent Calendar Set 7958? If so, what makes it different than the one that is going to come out this winter? Quote
Oky Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 I don't have one, but there is a semi-review of it over at FBTB, and judging by that, there is nothing special about the AC, just the package it's in and the poster it comes with. Quote
pedro Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 I asked a colleague who was over at SDCC if he could scoop me one (and the Green Lantern promo fig). He said he tried, but the queues for anything LEGO-related were just ludicrous. O well! It's not too long 'til they're available here. Quote

If that's it then I can definitely wait, especially to pay a more reasonable price for it. Quote

Alldarker Posted August 1, 2011 Posted August 1, 2011 The SDCC Lego Advent Calendar does indeed have 'fancy packaging' along with a limited edition Greg Hyland drawn print. From what I read on FBTB, both the packaging and the print are numbered from 1 to 1000 (same numbers). Anyhow, all the information can be read here on FBTB.net. Quote
The_Chosen_1 Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Posted this in the 2011 thread also, but the regular version of the advent calendar is now available from Amazon here in the U.S.! Quote
toycardriver Posted August 14, 2011 Posted August 14, 2011 Posted this in the 2011 thread also, but the regular version of the advent calendar is now available from Amazon here in the U.S.! Thanks! I ordered one last night, and thanks to Prime and the fact that there is an Amazon shipping facility in town, I got it today! Quote
