Endgame Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 Because speaking to him gently worked before, right? Might as well pump the guy up to smash some dino heads in. Quote
Flipz Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 Because speaking to him gently worked before, right? Might as well pump the guy up to smash some dino heads in. He wants to know what the hell happened, how is asking him to fight dinosaurs explaining what happened?!? Quote
Endgame Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 There, now he knows that we know they came from the same place and I'm not the guy he should tak to for that one. Quote
Tanma Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 (edited) I would have mentioned something like that the houses can't pay if they are dead. Edit: of course my social skills led to the Brobric Elf/Lion Knight war, so it might be good to ignore me. Edited May 24, 2013 by Tanma Quote
Endgame Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 Well, Sorrow doesn't know that. All he knows is... dinosaurs. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 I wonder if Docken would get along poorly with Yasmar because the worst word in Docken's vocabulary tends to be 'MegaBloks', if Docken would get along well with Yasmar because he would probably always give the straight answer, or if Docken would get along poorly with Yasmar because he might also give an unnecessarily detailed C-3PO-type answer. Pyrovisionary Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 (edited) Arrogant prick; Finally, a way to kill Docken! Edited May 24, 2013 by Skyrimguy Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 Well, Sorrow doesn't know that. All he knows is... dinosaurs. Come to think of it... How does he know "Dinosaurs?" ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote
Scubacarrot Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 Well, giant lizards, as Guts just calls them, are a common thing, one appeared in Quest 52, I remember, and some in Quest 8, also I think I mentioned somewhere Strivvians use Giant Raptorlike Lizards instead of horses. Dinosaurs could just be another name for them. Quote

Dannylonglegs Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 Sorrow heard them from the theatre. Oh, I see.. That makes sense... He's pretty good at identifying things from their sound! ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote
Palathadric Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 So Guts begins his move to power. Can't wait to see Hybros, Guts, and Docken on a quest together again. Quote
Vash the Stampede Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Zakura, not to intrude on your roleplaying but rather than using nakama you should stick to friend as the chances of everyone watching large amounts of anime or being Japanese being rather low. Quote

I know the term so maybe I am biased, but I felt like the context explained it. I am curious, can we have tag-teamed battles in the arena? Because that might be an interesting place for this to go. Vash the Stampede Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I know the term so maybe I am biased, but I felt like the context explained it. Well probably the context is enough but even then I could see some people getting tripped up on that. If the readers didn't think/know Drake and Mizuki were friends then probably more so. Quote

Capt.JohnPaul Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I am curious, can we have tag-teamed battles in the arena? Because that might be an interesting place for this to go. Definitely. Though we should remind the GM's of the new BK rules. Quote
Tachyon Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 BK shield skill seems rather OP unless some enemies are immune from getting their loot stolen. BK could just steal a Boss Drop and then flee. Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 OMG! Great idea in arena. I fight Docken, and I steal his Shield! Then flee! Just kidding. Quote

Not really, it can easily be fixed. "Hello, people of Eurobricks!" The Regret's Soul, Level 62 Ancient Passive Specials: Nice Try: No items can be stolen from The Regret's Soul. Drops: Animutilav (WP: 150, transforms into a sword when used by a hero. Makes any amount of damage equal sudden death to the hero.) Quote
Vash the Stampede Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Endgame that's mean. If someone can defeat your bosses they deserve that loot. And anyone find the irony how tank Docken is the only one able to use that OP weapon without dying. Although I don't think the Black Knight is OP. If the boss is taken out the rest of the minions are no problem......generally. But if you've gotten that far you either a) deserve the loot or b) the minions are dead in the next two rounds if for some reason you haven't killed them already. Quote

It just can't be stolen before it is dead. Quote
