Holy sh..! A Quest that offer Marauder acces and one that offers Vindicator acces  !? MUST GET ON ONE!! Eric is pious enough, just not a big believer in Danab and Ennoc and the likes  .

I would like to start a petition to reserve Eric a spot on the quest with the all-female priesthood of the goddess of womanhood.

I'll second that. Can we get a motioned carried?

You'll have a shot once Throlar hands the items over.

I actually had to read that twice because I first thought you said I had to shoot Throlar  .

I know. 1500 gold to be spilt among the party, + all sorts of different loot from "sea monsters, automatons, or vikings," or Vindicator access...

I can't decide if I want Lind to go Vindicator or Dragoon someday. Zweihänder is awesome for WP, but Dragoon gives you a dragon...

We're literally at the very end of the quest. You'll have a shot once Throlar hands the items over.

...or he could hold onto them and just not allow you off the quest, thus getting his just, yet meta revenge. :poke:

I should point out Quest #129 is the culmination of more or less all of the major stuff that's been happening across my quests (51, 69, 82, 89, 98, and 114). It's not a finale by any means, but it weaves together the plotlines...sort of. So if you've been on any of those quests that a plus.

'Weaves them together' in the way that they finally all have something to do with eachother. So it's not like someone who hasn't gone on one of those quests would be hopelessly confused.

Could we have a definition for "those strong in faith"? Does it mean characters that are strong in faith, such as Asphalt, character classes like Clerics, Paladins, etc., or characters that have been on prior quests that involved or featured the Sisters?

Any of the above. Well, except there hasn't been any quest revolving around Sisters before, just a few inconsequential NPCs belonging to the Sisterhood.

Heckz has a strong faith in his looks. Does that count too?

Are you, like, totally forgetting Marauder access? :look:

That's the bomb!

In a sudden burst of Munchkin inspiration, the Black Knight suddenly smiled towards the Hypaxxi horde.

"Greetings, friends! Have you yet heard the good words of the Dodekube?"

The timing between these posts is almost entirely coincidental.

Ooh. Dual attacks. Nice.

So wait, this is the last Jules/Illdria Quest?

As I said, no, it's not a finale. It ties all the important plot points of my past quests together.

So your version of Quest 127, basically.

I'd love to come along - I really want to go on a Pie Quest, but I don't think Marauder makes any sense with my current build. Maybe I'll just sign up for both quests and let fate decide.

Both quests and classes are incredibly alluring to me, too-- I'd hate to miss out on either of them. I don't think Marauder fits with my build, but I'd find a way to change it to fit, to be honest. Vindicator appeals to me since I've got a nice shield and it looks like it could be a really cool defensive class. Though it looks like both quests are going to be in high demand.

Nonsense. Boomingham wouldn't need a weapon to be a Marauder.

Similar boat to me, then--not really interested in the class, I just want to get to see Jules/Illdria one last time. Glad there'll be at least one more Magpie Quest, then, even though I might not be around for it. :classic:

Speaking of 127, why is the party having a Sage try to do unarmed attacks when unarmed/melee is literally not a thing for them?

Haven't we been trying to get Eric and Boomingham on a quest together for a while. :look::devil:

Thirded. SO thirded. Or maybe fourthed? Does Zepher's post count as a thirding?:devil:

That's what I'll do too, I guess. I've been waiting for Marauder for a long a time, but Vindicator is awesome as well and I would take Hybros into either class.

Thanks, I was thinking the same thing.

I'll probably be following you aboard, aside from the fact that both of those classed are perfect for Throlar, life would probably become meaningless for him without his constant arguments with Eric.

By the way, has anyone else noticed how Throlar tends to be the Token Good Teammate in almost every party he joins?

...or he could hold onto them and just not allow you off the quest, thus getting his just, yet meta revenge. :poke:

Nah, he doesn't hate them that much.

In that case, a certain Munchkin is definitely going to be signing up for #129, if he gets back to the Hall in time.

Any chance Heckz might sign up for it? Imagine the snark potentional...

I know - that's why he's one of my favorite characters.

You know I always wonder if people feel their characters would fit a certain class because of their RP or that they would fit the class because they're powerful classes. Honestly though I'd suggest you throw a NPC vindicator on the quest, Sandy, to try out some of the mechanics. I'm still not yet convinced the Zweihander grip isn't too powerful. :shrug_oh_well:

I take classes based on RP for the most part.

...but if I don't feel they're powerful I complain until they're buffed.

I actually think Hoke would fit perfectly as a Vindicator, but I should have played/RP'd a bit as a paladin.
