Asphalt Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 looks good, but you need to get ahold of some bat wings. Glad you got rid of the hat. Quote
K-Nut Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Are you just calling dibs on the Shield of Invisibility from the raffle then? Quote
Asphalt Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Doesn't he have an electric shield or something. Quote
Lind Whisperer Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Are you just calling dibs on the Shield of Invisibility from the raffle then? No, that's the Plasma Shield from #122. ...the Plasma Shield is the Agents see-through blue shield... Properly, it should have printing on it, but the transparent Chima one is the closest I have. Pyrovisionary Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 (edited) Edgy photo. I'm guessing he's uniquely a morally correct black knight. As loops D to the dubious sort we're used to (sans Thotwick of course) Edited August 15, 2015 by Pyrovisionary Quote
JimBee Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Those Conquerors are totally OP in any battle with 6+ enemies, by the way. But they only boost power when the wearer him/herself KO's an opponent, right? Quote
Asphalt Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 I would think so since the others note that any member of the party's actions raise the bonus. Quote
Endgame Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 But they only boost power when the wearer him/herself KO's an opponent, right? Yes, but stick them on an AoE based attacker (like Raider guts) and you have a pretty devastating item. Quote
Flipz Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Eh. They reset at the end of the battle, it's fine. Quote
Yzalirk Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Anyone else excited about the raffle? Speaking of which, when does it end today? Quote
JimBee Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Yes, but stick them on an AoE based attacker (like Raider guts) and you have a pretty devastating item. Well, not the greatest for a Knight or any build that I have in mind right now, but maybe they'll be more useful later. Those Purgers seem a bit more useful, albeit better for Warlen's build. Not that I'm complaining of course - the Brine Blade is awesome. But The Beheader should really be called "Vorpal Blade". Also, I edited my last post in 138 to give back borrowed items. Quote
Dragonfire Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Flipz, how long do you expect 141 to be? A couple of weeks, or are we talking months? I just want to decide whether or not to sign up for it. Quote

Lind Whisperer Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Anyone else excited about the raffle? Speaking of which, when does it end today? I'd imagine when Sandy gets on - presuming he can do it on his friend's computer Rename it if you want, the point was that the "vorpal sword" originally severed the jabberwocky's head. Snicker-snack! Had it decapitated on Crits, like Warlen suggested, I imagine half the party would have fought over it... Quote
Cutcobra Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 That Ministrel Karie, though! I'd love to try Vindicator...but Vindicators don't have dragons. And I'd love to try Dragoon... but Dragoons don't have sexually transmitted diseases. Quote
Palathadric Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 This is a short one--maybe 5-6 weeks if we hit the rough edge of time zones. Wow! Do we have such short quests these days? Quote
Asphalt Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Endgames last one was almost 4 weeks on the nose. Well Dragoons might have STD's but they get em in ways we don't want to talk about. Quote
Flipz Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Wow! Do we have such short quests these days? Well, this is intended as a simpler newbie Quest, and it's not as intimately tied in to the rest of the game's story arcs as, say, 104 (though that's not to say it isn't tied in to anything at all ). It's much more along the lines of Quest 57 than anything else, which leaves it a lot more room to be mostly self-contained. Quote
Palathadric Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 And I'd love to try Dragoon... but Dragoons don't have sexually transmitted diseases. That escalated quickly! It's much more along the lines of Quest 57 than anything else, which leaves it a lot more room to be mostly self-contained. Quote
Cutcobra Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 That escalated quickly! You wanna know what else escalates quickly? (Sorry about this but I need to start roleplaying a harlot) (And sorry about comic sans but writing it makes me feel dirty ()) Quote
