I hope you have enough innuendo included in it so we won't be disappointed, CMP.

It'll be hard to outdo Quest 62, but I'll try my best.

Ach, to be honest it's a good thing that Haldor won't be able to go on it. Don't want him getting any more girls pregnant than necessary!

While Sylph is not at all promiscuous (no one even know what gender Sylph is in the first place) he's certainly snarky enough to pull it off. If only I were playing my planned second character based off of Elan's prestige class from OotC.

 It's a hard act to follow for sure... so much newtity.

We did have a concept for a Swashbuckler class somewhere in the Expert Class topic. I think it was WBD's. I wanted them to be Encouraged whenever they could make a pun related to the attack, but I don't think that was ever added to the concept.

Does anyone else find it ironic that the new heroes in the kitchen are on their second battle, when all the 'veterans' have done is get drunk and annoy every one of the six houses?

I imagine that the low-Level Heroes will get a total of three or four battles, Sorrow, Nagure, and I will get two or three battles, and the ballroom party will get just one or MAYBE two battles. But they'll also get "great" reputation with every single House.

Also, if I've successfully predicted the result of tonight's festivities, two of my favorite characters in Heroica are about to die. It's a shame, really (if I'm right), but it's a perfect twist on the literary allusion--and it also makes sense for the Wolfgang, since they WANT the Houses to be at war.

Not when I consider that one of the veterans is Boomingham.

I have a question regarding cursed effect, can it's effect kill the enemy, or it had to be damaged? I'm thinking putting Kiray on other target if she provokes first special

Yes, it can kill the enemy, though you'll have to take Free Hits from it every turn if you don't target it.

Also note that Cursed affects max HP, not current HP, so if the current HP is more than three points lower than the max HP, then the max HP will get lowered but the current HP won't. (Of course, if the current HP is is two or fewer points fewer than the max HP, then the max HP will be decreased by three and the current HP will be decreased since it has to remain equal to or less than the max HP.)

Thanks. I'll switch to back row if someone trigger first special. Roleplaying reasons in situation when we are chasing poisoner made me to decide not to use a venom in this mission .

Quadruple health. :sweet:

I just realized how awful and deadly YOU would become with a Scroll of Inspiration.

Scuba, why would you sell your hollow blade dagger? Those things are pretty useful, and valuable...

I never once used it's effect, which is going to be completely obsolete if/when Guts becomes an Alchemist , and I have weapons that are better in every way. (Lifestealer and the Stag Antlers do everything I need) :shrug_confused: I could carry everything with me in the hope that it may be useful one day, but yeah...

Honestly, Hollow is nice to have on a main weapon, otherwise, not that useful.

But you should have sold it to another Hero for more money.

DLL, you can fire bows just fine from the Front Row, there's no difference in damage dealt.

Perhaps I could have gotten like 20-30 coins more. Not worth the effort, honestly.

And who'd want it, honestly?

Any low level Hero? Really, it's more about keeping rare items in circulation instead of destroying them. :sceptic:

Sandy, I noticed a mistake in the first post of the Heroica Statistics topic, G comes before E in the list of heroes.

Well, some men just want to see such items burn in the fires of Anwyl's smithy.

On the first page it says that if both combatants are in the BR damage is halved on ranged attacks. It doesn't matter yet because I can't damage him, but it will evenyually...

Sylph fires his bow from the front row, unless Alex hides in the front, in which case, Sylph fires from the back row, keeping enough dustance from Alex to effectively use his bow.

I don't think bows do full damage if the target is in the back row, even if you fight from the front.I could be wrong about this. :look:

That's actually a good idea--remember how Yamsar used the bodies of the dead fruit monsters to make the first meal? If you use venom on these enemies, and Yamsar uses them as food, you'd poison the guests! *oh2*
