Oky Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 The Bounty Hunter Welcome, Western fans! My entry is about a bounty hunter. Not much is known about this shadowy figure. His past is a mystery and everyone just calls him "The Hunter". He doesn't talk much and has a reputation for always getting the job done - one way or another - as long as you pay him enough. In this scene you can see him ambushing his latest victim, a bandit who has just robbed a bank, by a waterfall. From atop the waterfall, the Hunter watches as his prey travels past, his trusty rifle at the ready... He aims carefully and says: "Say your last prayers, dirtbag." Will he make the shot? Will he collect the bounty? Or will he be discovered? Tune in next time to find out! Here are some close-ups of the bounty hunter: You can see more pictures in this Brickshelf folder. Please let me know what you think! Quote
Gareth Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 This is a good MOC with a good atmosphere about it, I love the close up pic of the Bounty hunters face with the sun behind!. Quote
Trent Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 I agree with Gareth; that's a great picture and I like all of the backgrounds that you've used. Maybe it's just me, but when I opened this thread, my attention was drawn to the waterfall and then your eye follows the water down to the guy on the horse...so it wasn't until I read your blurb that I spotted the shadowy bounty hunter in the top right corner. I thought that was excellent, and really representative of what a bounty hunter is like. Quote
Oky Posted September 11, 2011 Author Posted September 11, 2011 Thanks. I made the backgrounds myself. Yeah, I was worried that the bank robber would draw too much attention to himself, being the centerpiece of the MOC, but that was the story I was trying to tell after all, that the bounty hunter is hiding in the shadows of the rocks. Duke Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 Great MOC Oky, and the best use of that water piece i've seen yet. Nice part choices for the bounty hunter and nice photo editing Quote
