TenorPenny Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 I tried using towels for my background, which sort of works and sort of doesn't? Anyway! I wanted to add a little bit of background and context to some of my silly little creations. Apologies for the lighting, or lack of! And for the record, do people prefer the brown, or the biege? Si-MOCs Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 I was betting on the mushroom :( hehe fun! I think the Tan looks a bit better - since I think it's actually closer to the Tan colour - so you could swap out the brown plates for it. Quote
Minimalist Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 Funny little thingies! I think the brown works for light colours but not so well with dark colours. Overall, the beige is better for me. Quote
Alopex Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 The Mini-mech looks really cool! However it might look better if all the senery was connected on a base plate. Then you could make a more detailed landscape. I think both look cool, but beige goes better with the landscape... Quote
Hrw-Amen Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 That is interesting. I hope the tank gets to come back and have another go. For me I prefer Brown, so I guess that really confuses the issue! Quote
TenorPenny Posted November 2, 2011 Author Posted November 2, 2011 Next diorama I will try to have all the scenery as Lego and leave my towels out of it. Try being the operative word! Quote
