The Joker1 Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 (edited) Hey guys, the Batman Jetski is now in stock at TRU!!! LINK Thanks but this has already been shown somewhere in the thread. Thanks for the extra link though it makes it easier to find. Edited April 18, 2012 by The Joker1 Quote
prateek Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 Bricklink lists another polybag - a mini Batmobile. Has anyone seen this anywhere? This has been mentioned a long time ago. Brickset. But no one has seen it in stores. It might be a promo set of some sort, like the UK newspaper sets. Quote
The Blue Brick Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 That mini Batmobile is very nice, might need to pick up a couple when they hit stores. Quote
Fives Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 Just picked up the Quinjet Aerial Battle. My first Super Heroes set! I must say, it is great! The ship itself is very well built, and looks fantastic. The figures are just pure awesome! Iron Man (my favourite Avenger, next to Thor and Hawkeye) is just spot on! The helmet piece is just amazing, and it makes me wonder if LEGO would ever use a similar thing for a newer Darth Vader helmet. Thor looks perfect. His hair is great, and the face captures the character just as well. Black Widow is done well, but I feel that her face just doesn't capture Scarlett Johansson's likeness at all. Other than that, she is a cool minifig. Loki is very well done, but I just personally don't like the way his helmet looks. As for the alien soldier, other than the pearl gold head being new, he is pretty plain and unexciting. I'm heading back on Saturday to pick up the CCE and the Wolverine set. I really hope this theme lasts! It has so much potential! Quote
The_Creator Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 (edited) I was at TRU getting some CMF today and they had all the DC(Funhouse was sold out) and Marvel sets, Ultrabuilds too . But no Batman polybags . -The_Creator Edited April 20, 2012 by The_Creator Quote

Clone gunner comander jedi Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 (edited) Hi res images of the promo hulk fig: Edited April 20, 2012 by Clone gunner comander jedi Quote
The Joker1 Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Hmm It did look good but after that first pic i am starting to dislike new promo Hulk. That hair looks huge on him like he has an afro. Quote
______ Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 It's definitely available in Britain then! Thanks very much! Quote
Algernon Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 To be honest, I don't know why everybody has a problem with the "official" version of the Hulk. He doesn't look any more Megabloks-y to me than the large Troll minifigs from the Castle Fantasy Era. And it is much more proportionate. Quote
Lance Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 (edited) New Batman sets are available in France for several weeks ;) But we're still waiting for the Marvel ones ! Really? Even in toy stores? I've managed to get a Loki's Cosmic Cube Escape imported from the UK so at least I have Iron Man. Edited April 20, 2012 by Lance Quote
Masked Builder Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 He looks pretty good. He'd better be good or I'll be mad that I waited to get the Quinjet! Quote
TheBrickHitHouse Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Nice to have some variety in relation to Hulk's, one for every scenario! Quote
Iron-Man Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 I really do not like that Hulk Promo fig at all He would be the exact same size as Cap, Thor, and Iron Man and that would just seem strange to me. Besides I am one who really likes the Hulk they already gave us! He is big, but with his head and hair he still has that LEGO feel. Plus he can hold minifigs in his hand!! how cool is that?! Quote
charlieboy Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 I'm chuffed to bits that Hulk fig will be available in the U.K! The large Hulk fig is not for me, my little boy wants it and thats fine but for me i'd much rather have a minifig sized one Quote
lightningtiger Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Remember everyone, the Hulk isn't always a big green guy.....he transforms by starting to turn green first as he get more ticked off. So this figure is a mid-transformation Hulk. Quote
Oky Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 I really do not like that Hulk Promo fig at all He would be the exact same size as Cap, Thor, and Iron Man and that would just seem strange to me. Actually, Iron Man with his melon head and thrusters is much taller than him, as is Loki with his horns, and that's just silly. That's why I prefer the first Hulk too, although this Hulk can be useful for certain situations as well as others have pointed out. Quote
-zenn Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Remember everyone, the Hulk isn't always a big green guy.....he transforms by starting to turn green first as he get more ticked off. So this figure is a mid-transformation Hulk. Haha, I was almost gonna say that. The only thing I dislike about that big hulk are those cavities in it legs and that you can't pose them, other than that I like him. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5HJogYwVNo I like Hulk; just a simple green guy with a really big heart. Quote
lightningtiger Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Hmm, interesting Youtube link '-zenn'.....they included Spiderman as well. And aw, he saved the puppy dog. (big softy that Hulk is ) I agree with you as well '-zenn', pity big Hulk wasn't more poseable, but I guess he'll have to do. Quote
Im a brickmaster. Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 (edited) As I mentioned earlyer the hulk promo fig could be used as hulk mid transformation, I think he looks cool. Edited April 21, 2012 by Im a brickmaster. Quote
Dadster Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 Love the promo Hulk! Why the h-e-doublehockeysticks can't we get the promo Iron Man and Cap and even Green Lantern this way?? Quote
just2good Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 I finally tracked down a copy of the Wolverine set yesterday, and it doesn't disappoint. The helicopter is a bit lacking, but the figures and the motorcycle is perfect. Great set! Quote
