EXO-CHAMP Posted November 20, 2006 Author Posted November 20, 2006 Hope you enjoy your vacation. Here's your pilot:
dillthepill Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 Thanks. The templates look great , and I look forward to playing the game with my MOC's.
EXO-CHAMP Posted November 22, 2006 Author Posted November 22, 2006 Template for Iron Drone Infantry added: http://www.123hjemmeside.dk/EXO-DICE/5192042?i=6310865
dillthepill Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 Hey Exo-Champ.Would it be ok if I changed my gun on the Thunder Titan? I don't know why I decided to use a zamor sphere launcher, and I have a good gun design already. If I changed the gun would you make another template? You don't have to if you dont want to but playing the game with an incorrect template would be sort of weird. Sorry, but if you don't mind that would be great. And if you don't change the template I'll still make the gun different. You don't have to change it but it would be nice. I'll try to post the upgraded Thunder Titan on Tuesday.
EXO-CHAMP Posted November 25, 2006 Author Posted November 25, 2006 Sure no problem. It will only take 5 min to make a new. It lacks a point cost too. I'll wait for your new mecha before I add the point cost.
Kahgarak Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 You know, when a pilot was ejected from his SH in comic #24, Ha-Ya-To catched him with his Glidersuit. Perhaps, you can make a ''Save'' function for the Glidersuit from Sentai HQ, to be able to re-use pilot cards, of which the main mech has been destroyed?
EXO-CHAMP Posted November 28, 2006 Author Posted November 28, 2006 What a great idea. I'm currently making the templates for the small exosuits (Takeshis should be up today), so this would come in handy. Thanks... Edit: Exosuit template: http://www.123hjemmeside.dk/EXO-DICE/5192042?i=6411889 Pilot (Takeshi): http://www.123hjemmeside.dk/EXO-DICE/5192042?i=6411990
dillthepill Posted November 30, 2006 Posted November 30, 2006 Exo-Champ, you don't have to make a different template. I forgot that the contest is over tommorrow and I currently have plans for 5 MOC's so it is hard to think of a gun idea anyways. I guess the zamor launcher looks OK on the Thunder Titan, a bit better than the Sky Guardian's , but I still should've done a different design. Well, we'll see if people like it or not when they start voting. Wish ya' luck for contest. ;-)
EXO-CHAMP Posted November 30, 2006 Author Posted November 30, 2006 Right. I'll hold on that template. Right now I need to define terrain effects, CC combat without CC weapons and loads of other stuff. Good luck to you also... *y*
Kahgarak Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 I'm working on building a Stalker Mine. When i've taken white-background pictures, you might want to make templates. Stalker Mines are little things that i made up.They're little three-legged robots that can be ejected from special recharge stations around the base. It can move around for 3 rounds until it explodes. Its explosion can cause damage to any mech within 25 cm from it.Also friendly mechs will be damaged,so be careful where you place your Stalker Mine! When its done,i'll make pictures, post stats and maybe building instructions in the Space & Mecha forum.
Zarkan Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 Cool new templates. I would suggest one thing, though: Instead of making new character templates for special mecha, list all the skills on one template, and also indicate what mechas can not use certain ones. That would make it more compact, IMO. ;-)
EXO-CHAMP Posted December 2, 2006 Author Posted December 2, 2006 Cool new templates. I would suggest one thing, though: Instead of making new character templates for special mecha, list all the skills on one template, and also indicate what mechas can not use certain ones. That would make it more compact, IMO. ;-) I've been thinking about just that. Some of the skills don't make sense in some of the BMs. I'll make new Pilot cards with just the Attack and Defence stat. Skills are sepperate. Very good feed-back Grevious. @Kahgarak: I'll for sure help you with a template for the Stalker Mine. It sounds cool.
EXO-CHAMP Posted December 3, 2006 Author Posted December 3, 2006 Templates added: Titan Tracker: http://www.123hjemmeside.dk/EXO-DICE/5192042?i=6480119 Stealth Wasp: http://www.123hjemmeside.dk/EXO-DICE/5192042?i=6480526
Kahgarak Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 A tiny update on the Stalker Mine: - Model built. Preparing to take white-background photos. - Idea for SM strategy: Using them to destroy the enemy's SM. - SM rule: SM Recharge Stations (WIP) *MUST* be placed within 50 cm from your base's core.
EXO-CHAMP Posted December 12, 2006 Author Posted December 12, 2006 Sounds very interessting. Soon I'll be adding the alt. combos from the lego mag.
vahkimetru Posted December 13, 2006 Posted December 13, 2006 So when are the 2007 templates coming? Great game!!! *y*
EXO-CHAMP Posted December 13, 2006 Author Posted December 13, 2006 Thanks. I'll be adding the 07 templates as soon as I can get my hands on the models. This should be around january.
EXO-CHAMP Posted December 15, 2006 Author Posted December 15, 2006 Templates for Blazing Hunter and Robot Reaper added. Point cost for Stealth Wasp edited. Things on the to-do-list: Iron Drone Inf. Add-on card for SV Human Inf. Possible upgrade of the Supernova Laser Staff (comic 25 shows it to have a ranged attack) Possible Alfa-Strike capability for human BMs (GT in comic 25) I hope the Moderators will forgive me for double-posting from time to time. As long as I keep to relevant updates I hope it
Zarkan Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 Nice new templates. I can't wait until you make Sentai Fortress and Frontal Baricade, as well as the 2007 mechs (no rush, though). ;-) I hope the Moderators will forgive me for double-posting from time to time. As long as I keep to relevant updates I hope it
legolad911 Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 EXO-CHAMP, how exactly do you decide where each unit starts off? Just wondering as I may play a small game.
EXO-CHAMP Posted December 21, 2006 Author Posted December 21, 2006 So far we decided a point in each deployment zone. Players then alternate in placing one model within 50cm of their point (you might decide that the robot player has to place two for every one the human palyer deploys). When all models are placed, you are ready to begin with the first initiative. Have fun...
legolad911 Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Thanks EXO-CHAMP I'll make time for it over christmas.
vahkimetru Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Exo-Champ, I was wondering if you could make the templates. No hurry at all, but I'm gettings some 2007 kits over the break and I was thinking of playing Exo-Dice. Forgive my laziness of not checking if they're already up. Thanks, and remember no hurry. Great game! *y*
