Hey guys! My younger sister, some good old friends and I decided to build some Doctor Who LEGO and post them on EB to see what people think about them. This is my first topic and I'm not even sure if it goes in Sci-Fi or MCW. Anyways, here it is and I hope you guys like it! You can view them if you click on these links. I am fairly new and I hope you like them! I will be posting more in a little bit!

Just the TARDIS (I know that I can improve on the door)

The Doctor and the TARDIS

Now I don't really like messing around with the minifigs and painting them and what not, so I couldn't add the Doctor's tweed jacket.

Thanks!

The gallery is not public yet. Could you deeplink the pics? (If you don't know how, check the tutorials in "News and General Discussion".)

Oh darn! Thanks for the heads up, I hadn't noticed 'till now. I will try to get them up as soon as I can.

You should really resize your pictures. Average here is 640x480 and 800x600.

A TARDIS is a TARDIS, your interpretation could as well have been how the TARDIS chameleon unit could have malfunctioned. We all se it how we want to.

Glad you add your design as well :)

Can somebody help me out with the resizing? I'm not a computer wihz and there's probably a very easy way to do it but I just can't seem to.

Thanks!

You deeplinked from Flickr, right? When grabbing the code to deeplink, choose a smaller size. Click "Share", then you will see a code to copy. Select HTML at the bottom; you will see a scroll-button with the size. Choose medium, then grab the code.

You will see this:

<a href=" 2012-05-15_18-22-02_556-1 title="2012-05-15_18-22-02_556-1 by LEGOman 273.01, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7219/7205995046_ef00a5cc67.jpg"'>http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7219/7205995046_ef00a5cc67.jpg" width="426" height="374" alt="2012-05-15_18-22-02_556-1"></a>

All you need is this:

Copy and paste into the pic-inserter.

Post.

Nice Tardis!

Where is that door from? It looks familiar, but I can't quite place it.

As for resizing images - the easiest is just use flickr - it gives you several sizes to link from.

Or you can try a site like Shrinkpictures.com.

I think I will use flickr after all...

As for the door, I honestly have no idea where it's from.

I think I remember getting it off a friend.

Thanks!
