Unfortunately, due to the shaman's barbarian level of strength, his version of a "tap" was more than enough to crack bone. The boy's head split open and splattered blood on the party members. His body fell to the edge of the stream. His face was frozen in a look of shock as if to wonder, 'how could such beautiful breasts be so dangerous?' Ranger went to check the boy's pulse. "My, you Heroica lot are quite efficient. This one is dead. Is there anything the rest of you wish to do before we head inside?" Quote

The Maa'ri headed into the sewer gate with the heroes following behind. Upon entry into the tunnel the heroes noticed that there was only a faint unpleasant smell comparable to a light whiff of body odor. The walkways were surprisingly clean and well maintained. The sewer water had a blue-ish-green hue. Floating by was what appeared to be a lute. As they neared the end of the tunnel the group was again surprised by the lack of creatures dwelling within. There was no sewer monster, no rats or snakes or any vermin at all. This was one clean sewer. "Bark Bark! <That was one clean sewer!>" Upon exiting the the sewer the party was approached by a roaming patrol. A short but intimidating knight of some sort stepped forward. "Halt, who goes there?" How will the Party respond? QM Note: Again, The Party has a 2/6 chance with diplomacy and a 1/6 chance without of bypassing this encounter. Quote

The dwarf paladin inhaled deeply as the torrent of dark energy spewed forth, invigorating him. Knifk is stunned by the dwarf's reaction to his most devastating attack. Thormanil slowed down time with the consumption of his smelling salts. As his brain was working overtime, he took a quick moment to contemplate...everything. With the Inquisitor slain the dwarf paladin hid behind his shield as Arasmyth's wind assaulted him. Not too impressed by the damage output, he laughed and he lowered his shield. Unfortunately for him the attack was merely a diversion for the Maa'ri Orcs to score critical hits. He took Rogue's boot to the head as Ranger's arrow found its way between his armor. The Hound was next to attack but the dwarf evaded the bite and nailed the mutt on the top of his head with the pommel of his blade. Ad-Hoh entered into a darkness spell duel with the Akkaba Mage. She ducked his first spell which clipped a small piece of her. Tiring of the constant assault, the Akkaba Paladin raised his sword to the sky and yelled, "I have the powerrrr!! HOOOO!!!" A devastating beam of light struck from the heavens landing right on top of Elgar. The light was so bright it blinded him and Ad-Hoh and Knifk who were standing near by. Everyone else managed to shield their eyes in time. Taking advantage of a blinded and stunned opponent, the Akkabba Cleric slammed her mace into Knifk's shield. Unable to see, Knifk grinned as he used the force and sound of the blow to strike back at the cleric. He was stunned by how impressive he was. "Bark! *whimper*whimper* Bark! <Shake those effects off!
