Tamamono Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Excuses, excuses. Scummy! I like how hard you're pushing. Push more, you'll get up higher on my scum list.
Palathadric Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 I have to disagree, he did it even before he was converted. It's suspicious, yes, but not a smoking gun. Like I said, hopefully someone will target him during the Night and we can get a definite result tomorrow. Maybe I remember wrong, but I don't think so. It was only after he turned scum that he started really pushing it. Yes, because it was suspicious the last two times I did it as well. I can't recall the town being led to victory either of those times. As I said before, if the PRs don't trust me, they can contact me through someone else (i.e. if the Cop thinks you are more trustworthy than I am, they can contact you and you can ferry messages back and forth between us to protect their identity). What's important is that our PRs don't get in each others' way; we don't want the Doctor protecting the Vigilante's target, we don't want the Cop blocked by our Blocker, it'd be pointless for the Cop to investigate the Vigilante's target since the vig target will be dead anyway...etc. etc. etc. Your words seem to make sense, but your overall sentiment seems to be that our roles should not coordinate; correct me if I'm wrong. Why is that, hmm? Look, I'm trying to give you the benefeit of the doubt here, but you're just continuing to draw my suspicion. We HAVE to work together and communicate, or the Scum's lies will go undiscovered and they'll turn us against each other. I certainly don't want that; how about you? I would rather have them be uncoordinated than coordinated under a scum. Simple as that. I suppose they could get in contact with you via someone else, but that often doesn't work so well as it seems people have the tendancy to "slip up". Anyway, you're among the top half of my trusted list...but that doesn't say much.
Scubacarrot Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 I like how hard you're pushing. Push more, you'll get up higher on my scum list. It's funny because last game someone went for you first day, I seem to remember you saying that was a sign of towniness, because scums don't push hard to get rid of the top dog townies, or something along those lines. Also the: You go for me, I go for you! is noted.
Bob Posted June 25, 2012 Author Posted June 25, 2012 Vote Tally: Ensign Peter Robbins (KingoftheZempk) 18 Votes -- Brickdoctor, Scubacarrot, Peanuts, Scouty, CallMePie, Flipz, Awesomestar, swils, VolcanicPanic, Tamamono, Dakar A, Fugazi, Dragonator, Shadows, Flare, Inconsipicuous, Palathadric, Masked Builder Lieutenant Joshua Wright (AwesomeStar) 3 Votes -- Darkdragon, KingoftheZempk, Dannylonglegs Still to vote (2): Kadabra, Waterbrick Down Ensign Peter Robbins (KingoftheZempk) has been convicted. A crowd of his fellow angry shippies gathered around him. "I'm innocent!" Ensign Robbins yelled. "You've chosen Ensign Robbins. He shall be taken away for interrogation." the Fleet Admiral said. The security detail led the janitor out of the rec room and away from the rest of the group. Later, the rest of the crew decided to get plastered. Lieutenant Jones took advantage of Ensign Falcon's fear of rabbits and chased him around with a bunny hat. Suzanne hoped that the alcohol would remove Richard's inhibitions and finally give her a chance to win him over. She was also carrying a banana for some reason. However, as soon as they all went to bed, dark sinister people were out and about. Doing dark sinister things. Sinisterly. And darkly. Note of Change: From now on, the day will last the full 72 hours no matter what. This topic may now be locked.
Dakar A Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Erm...I don't see why you find me suspicious? Granted, my accent was a bit distracting earlier, but I fail to see why you're so suspicious of me even after I've addressed that problem. I just want to keep our Power Roles from interfering with each other; I'm sure that if you were in my position, you'd be doing just the same as me. Then again, I'm getting the same read off of you as I did from a scummy Arab prince in that Bedtime Story I was once told, so maybe it makes sense for you to distrust me as much as I do you. Getting back to the subject at hand, if I'm a poor choice for a Town coordinator, then who WOULD you suggest? I don't think there's a specific person that the Town can 100% trust, no matter what.Even if the send you their role PM's, whch is against the rules. As far as I can tell, the organisation won't work out untill the cop finds out a Townie, and posts their name in the thread for them to be contacted, and to organise. As a matter of fact, why don't YOU let yourself be investigated, and then have the cop get an ally to post wether you're Scum or Town in tommorow's thread? That would be a win-win for the Town- If you turn out to be scum, we lynch you, and if you're Town, then we have a trustable member to coordinate our actions through!
