Final Battle Round Two:

Erdathcath applies Paralyzing Venom to Sarge's Scissors

Erdathcath vs. Staff of Life - Hit / Special Guard

Monk heals Dr. Trice - No Healing

Sarge vs. Adam (& Deadly Viper) - Miss

Sarge vs. Orange Crab (& Piggish Pig) - Critical Hit

Free Hits:

Erdy - Deadly Viper, Batty Bat - (12+8/2 = 10 damage)

Pretzel - Enchanted Rose - (5/2 = 3-5 = 0 damage)

Sarge - Possessed Gorilla, Peckish Ostrich - (14+12/2 = 13 damage)

Erdy starts the battle by applying paralyzing venom to Sarge's demonic scissors. She then proceeds to hit the staff with 29 damage, and poisons the staff. Monk doesn't manage to heal Dr. Trice. No one cares. Sarge swings but misses Adam completely, but then returns to critically hit and paralyze the Orange Crab and Piggish Pig. He damages the crab with 39 damage and KO's the pig. The party is afterwards pomelled with free hits from the untargeted enemies. The staff loses one health because of it being poisoned.

Well men, that could have gone better, but it is what it is, let's continue on with this battle!

Battle Order

Erdathcath attacks the Staff of Life

Erdathcath attacks Possessed Gorilla

Monk (Either attack Dr. Trice, or heal me, as I will be KO'd by the next free hits)

Sarge (Attack Adam and Viper)

Sarge (Attack Crab and Ostrich)

"Here's what I think:

Battle Order:

Sarge-Staff of Life (and Dr. Trice)

Erdy-Heals Herself

Erdy-Adam

Pretzel-If Erdy Knocked Out, Throw Smoke Bomb, if Not Heal Sarge if Trice is Paralyzed, If Trice Not Paralyzed, Heal Trice. If Erdy gets Roots of Life and Sarge Hits Successfully, Attack Possessed Gorilla with Broomstick from Back Row

Sarge-If Anyone Under 10 Health, Give Potion. If All Goes well Hit Batty Bat (and Deadly Viper)

What do you say?"

Posted

Sarge-Staff of Life (and Dr. Trice)

If he wants to damage Dr. Trice and the Staff of Life in the same turn then he'll need to target Dr. Trice, because Dr. Trice comes before.

If you guys flee the battle before Dr. Trice is defeated it will be extremely unlikely that you will get your rewards. Just to let you guys know.

Sorry for my extreme inactivity, I have a lot going on for the next 4 days, so Monk is in charge of the battle order. I may be slightly active every once in a while, but not for the most part.

Posted

Is there anything stopping us from moving on? :look: I believe we're following Erdy's battle order and actions.

Oddly nothing seems to be happening. I casually toss a healing spell in the doc's direction.

Posted

Sorry guys for keeping you guys waiting I just haven't has time to get the next round up with the computer (on phone right now )

Posted (edited)

No problem, just wanted to be sure you weren't waiting for us.

"God, grant Erdy a miracle and Sarge the strength to beat down these foes," I mutter.

OOC: What exactly is paralyzing?

Flare updated yay!

Sarge repeats!

The enemy doesn't give a free hit  You should know, a Paralyzing Venom was used on your scissors

Yes yes, hopefully I'll be able to update more frequently from now on

And how long does the effect last?

Posted

Actually Sarge, it may be better to target Dr. Trice (and the Staff of Life) and Enchanted Rose (and Possessed Gorilla) so me and the Monk can help take out all the small easy targets first, then being able to focus everything on the Staff of Life.

Posted

"Or we could just paralyze and poison everything and wait however many 100s of rounds it takes.

Well done, Sarge and Erdy!

"I attack the Batty Bat from the Front Row with Malbert's Staff since it's the only one who's not paralyzed and not targetted by Sarge, if you think I should target someone else, just holler.

"Erdy, I suggest you take out the Crab, since with your poisoned Hand Cannon, you can easily defeat him this round. I would suggest that you hit the Staff of Life again with your other hit, just in case Sarge fails to paralyze it. Actually, once we've taken out most of the enemies, we should let the Staff of Life bring up more creature, so that we can get more loot. :moar:

Erdy KO's the Orange Crab in one hit. She then damages the staff with 29 damage. Monk critically damages the Batty Bat, hitting it with 33 damage. After all these lucky hits something has to go run, and it does. Sarge doesn't damage Dr. Trice and the alchemist gets a chance to create a new beast to fight against the heroes! Peckish Ostrich B joins the battle. The Enchanted Rose scratches Sarge with one of its thorns causing 3 damage to the rogue. The poisoned staff and gorilla loses 1 health. The two untargeted and unparalyzed enemies damage Erdy.

Ooops, didn't actually think you'd run the round. :look: Ah, well!

"Should I go back to healing the doctor, or would you like to repeat your actions, Sarge? If you were to get damaged, that would not be so good though. You should probably continue to try to paralyze the Rose and the Monkey. Alternatively, I could heal Erdy, with the conditional action that if she's already at full health that I will attack batty bat and, hopefully, finish him off.
