Kai NRG Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Lol, that really cracked me up! I mean, giving it the slide makes sence, and even a few other slots but seriously... That actually made me check it out... all four slides, and what you're screen shot didn't catch, all three Shop refferences... man, LEGO is going crazy here! Quote
AgentVortex1010 Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Lol, I saw that too. I laughed so hard. I even checked to make sure they were all chima. Quote
Vindicare Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Just opened my 70002, and my Crug (The main reason I bought the set) has misprints on all the parts exepct the torso. I wouldn't be suprised if my request for replacements gets denied because I basically need a whole new damn figure, and that doesn't sound like a attempt to get a free figure, does it? Could you post a photo? Quote

I think there is a way to send them a picture associated with the request. Quote
PenPlays Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 So, I go onto LEGO.com to get Building Instructions for one of the sets, and I see this: Chima, Chima, Chima, Chima! -Sci PFFFFFFT HAHAHA!! I thought you edited that! All you have to do is log on! Every link- Chima. Second most prominent theme on Shop at Home- Chima (First is Ninjago, but it looks like that will change) Top theme on the product page... Chima. I sure hope the show is a hit, if not... Lego is gonna lose some serious cash. Quote
Tobias_Jay Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 (edited) Heh heh, that is gold. That is certainly one way to advertise a theme in a humerous way! Yes I too hope that Chima goes well. Lego will be be spewing if it doesn't! Edited January 9, 2013 by Wall E2624 Quote
DraikNova Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Let's just hope there's enough promotion . Quote
Devorath Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 (edited) Reserved this display from Tesco! Awesome! I managed to get my hands on some Savage Planet Security Post things. Edited January 9, 2013 by LuxorV Please do not quote images from the same page. Thank you. Quote
Algernon Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Wow. I would almost feel guilty not getting into Chima, since LEGO seems to be trying so hard to get me to like it. Quote
Kez Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 (edited) I hope this hasn't been posted but here's some Legends of Chima designer interviews: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yd5lkRzJmtE&list=UU6r0bMrE2pKUBA0TgF_ojQw&index=5 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O39A1ddjAh4&list=UU6r0bMrE2pKUBA0TgF_ojQw&index=4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNocR-2ApFE&list=UU6r0bMrE2pKUBA0TgF_ojQw&index=3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqbnoEF8n8A&list=UU6r0bMrE2pKUBA0TgF_ojQw&index=2 (There is another one but I can't post any more in this post) Here is the other URL but it might not upload because of the amount I have used http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nzghAB4nMw&list=UU6r0bMrE2pKUBA0TgF_ojQw&index=1 Edited January 9, 2013 by Kez Quote
just2good Posted January 9, 2013 Author Posted January 9, 2013 So, I go onto LEGO.com to get Building Instructions for one of the sets, and I see this: {pic} Chima, Chima, Chima, Chima! -Sci Woah, TLG is putting a lot of money into Chima! I feel bad for TMNT- that theme would have been a lot more popular if it didn't come out the same time as Chima! Quote
ETAV8R Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Cool Videos. Wish they had one for the ultra striker. Quote
refriedbeans Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 So apparently your supposed to be able to find "chi" on the Chima website which you can use to buy rewards (like concept art ) has anyone found any? I basically clicked on everything and found nothing... Quote
Pumpkin Pie Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 I just looked up LEGO to see if that happened to me and it did! that is hilarious! Quote

As it stands the TMNT sets by me barely last a few days on the shelves before being wiped out. Except the Shellraiser for some reason? Quote
PenPlays Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Lego.com/Chima has opened the China vault. Please share locations that you find "leaking CHI." I need to collect, being that much of the rewards are CONCEPT ART! Quote

CM4Sci Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 I found one orb a few days ago, but it was before the Vault was up. I still didn't get the orb Now I can't find any. -Sci Quote
Kalhiki Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 I only found one leaking Chi orb. But I was too lazy to log into my Lego ID so I didn't get the reward points... Now that I know there's concept art, I'm hitting myself for that. Kalhiki Quote
Lordofdragonss Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 I don't know if anyone noticed, but in the new section there is a note that says there is 8 tribes in Chima world! So we have Lions, Eagels, Gorrilas, Crocks, Ravens, Rhinos, Wolfs and... the Skunk tribe someone mentioned? Quote
