I actually like the Hoth Base, not to big, at least I can afford this (next to the other SW sets i'm planning on buying) and it has minifigs I don't have now (none of them) so that's nice *sweet*

No Way Sir ;-) Like I said previously, I like these kind of threads to extend hehe !! Its totally freestyle like we love :-D Unlike a certain forum...

But it is near impossible to find in the thread where new sets are.To me, it would be more organized if each seperate announcement had its own thread, and this thread could be a general discussion of them all. But anyway....

As for the actual sets, they're ok. The Republic Cruiser looks good, but like others have said, a little blocky. Hopefully it has a bit of an interior, and it's supposed to cost $75 USD, correct? That's ok, but the figs make up for it, though I wish the crew had other faces. |-/

I'm not suprised by the Hoth base. The figs will be nice (yay for increasing my non-existant Rebel army :-D), but I pray it won't cost $50 USD, as it is kinda skimpy. Couldn't it at least have a tiny control room? :'-(

The RC still looks good... but why the the generator thing dark red?

exactly... because of the snowies and figs i will buy it.. but for 50 dollar (or whatever ) its cheap look a speeder 2 snowies 2 hoth troops.. and 2 rebells *y* :-D

IT is in a way if you compare it to the ILC: same price, the Hoth base has 7 figs and a droid, that speeder, the turret and the door whereas the iLC only has 5 figs and no extras ;-)

Why an army builder? because of the 2 snowies and 2 rebels hehe

I assume it would just be the normal C3PO fig with a white torso, legs, head, and arms. I wouldn't expect anything new if I were you

These sets are dragging me in. As I type this, I'm getting ideas of making a landing pad for the Cruiser. :-|

I knew this set would be a sort of bigger battle pack thats why i never got my hopes up about it!

it would be good however if there was afew more figures there aren't that many here and its disapointing.

maybe that rebel from the game with the fat mustache! that would be cool! :-D

It didn't happen in the film, but K-3PO does have a hole. Presumably, it happened previous to the film.
