Dreyrugr started to get bothered of all the flying firstly drinks a potion and then throws his net at the cloak.

The passive specials of the brothers buff each other so no one attack the cloak until the rest are finished. It should make the fight easier.

I'm going to say that the net's effect only lasts 3 rounds, at which point it is removed, and retrievable. Realistically, one's not trapped in a net all battle. I thought the effect only lasted 3 rounds, but after rereading the rules page, I see that my assumption was incorrect. Sorry.

Dreyrugr healed himself in the back row after the blow he suffered. Karie took a stab at the corrupt clergyman, but he ducked back in time to avoid her hit. He turned around and swung at the mage just as he was preparing his spell, knocking off his concentration, and dealing him a small amount of damage. Drake, again, irritated by not getting a single blow in at the were-raven couple, took up his sheild and vowed to protect the party. Nessa, externally calm and in-control, fired once again at the Dagger. She caught the rascal in the neck.

"Damnit! Stop doing that!" complained the irritated assassin. "Ow! The stinging!" He grinned grimly, looking for a way to get to Nessa. "I'll get you yet, my pretty!"

Dreyrugr launched the net at Ed, but it glanced off his cloak, falling harmlessly to the ground.

Well, it does count as targeting, making it rather equal to the power if a scroll, considering the potential to entrap yourself and its smaller chance of hitting. I honestly think it's still kinda OP for the throw-away item I made on the spur of the moment. All I need is an Order now.

Edit: Never said the net wasn't powerful. Just the chance to lose hastened and the 1 in 3 chance to slow for three turns I'd say isn't worth retrieving and throwing again. Though I have no doubt I'll find the net quite handy in the future.

The party grimly went about their work. Karie fed Amorith another of her hard-earned potions, and Amorith, apparently a fast drinker, in-turn, guzzled down a nostrum for luck. Drake swung at the Cloak, and FOR THE FIRST TIME managed to hit the bastard, jabbing into him before he could react with his cloak. Dreyrugr swung at the Dagger with his scythe, hoping to lop the were-raven's head off. He came rather close, dealing a nasty blow to the were-raven's shoulder region, but failed to kill him. Nessa had similar success, loading her crossbow, aiming, and firing at the Dagger's neck.

"I won't lie, the stinging sensation I'm feeling makes me want to kill you allot more." he commented bluntly, his grin all but vanished.

Dreyrugr attempted again to hit the wounded Po Brother, but met his dagger instead... or would have, had Drake not come to the rescue. The crooked cleric scoped out his prospects, as he hadn't been targeted, but found no openings due to Drake's shield.

"There we go." he grunted, grinning despite the pain. "Type-advantages."

Drake swung at the corrupt cleric, landing a powerful blow that left the frail man sprawled on the dirt floor.

"Ugh." He grunted. "I guess this is why they call it dirty work." He moaned.

"You get used to it!" snarked Ed cheerfully.

"I've about had it with you." breathed the irate cleric under his breath.

He was then hit by a swift blow from Dreyrugr. Nessa fired once more, hitting her quarry in another critical spot. Dreyrugr again hit the Cleric, this time even more powerfully.

Amorith, now Lucky, put Karie's potions to good use, blasting the bird-brained sorcerer with another ice spell. Drake managed to hit Caine, who lacked the skill of the Po Brothers in evasion. Dreyrugr also assaulted him, grabbing some change that fell from the black bag.

"Finders keepers," he mused to himself.
