autorazr Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 Sup? Here's an ED-209 I built, its been done I know, at this scale and bigger. I made some changes to what I've seen and added a little Dick Jones and control panel. This one was a labor of love for me, as Robocop IS my favorite movie and I did not want to have to buy any new bricks to make this guy, so it took me many long nights of digging and sorting to find the right pieces and throw him together. I may get into the habit of recreating famous robots, just always been intimidated by some people's really incredible MOC's like all the gundam ones people do. Thanks. Quote
Pop Bumper Pete Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 I am now authorised to heap praise upon your creation Quote
Only Sinner Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 The topic on George Noory tonight included some discussion on the issues concerning artificial intelligence, and the first thing that came to mind was ED-209. I log onto EB after work and what do I find? You, having brick built my current anxiety. Thanks for the synchronicity. I really like this MOC, by the way. If you want to freak me out even more, try doing the Hunter-killers from Terminator. Quote
lightningtiger Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 Cool MOC 'autorazr'.....pity there isn't a Robocop minifig to go with it as well. Brick On and "Stay Out Of Trouble" ! Quote
MSP Posted April 4, 2013 Posted April 4, 2013 Very cool recreation. I just hope it does not turn against your minifigs . Quote
DraikNova Posted April 4, 2013 Posted April 4, 2013 That's got to be one of the best and most compact small mecha I've seen. Quote
autorazr Posted April 4, 2013 Author Posted April 4, 2013 thanks DraikNova. I like to build things to scale with minifigs so I can always have one to enhance the scene. Quote
