HayHay Posted May 31, 2013 Posted May 31, 2013 (edited) I copied the building design shown in the LEGO club magazine and used LEGO products such as 6864, 6858, 6868 and 3936. This is the life of superheroes during economic depression. Every superhero should work for money. Even Tony Stark has to work for operating Jarvis save energy. Front Super Bank 01 by Hay Core, on Flickr Side Side Back more details "Dude, where's my ice cream truck?" Diamond or Fish? "Get to work, Spider-man" "That man is playing Galaga." 1st floor 6864 is used for the bank. this is typical of Deadpool. 2nd Floor Wolverine's fashion design studio 3936 is used for this studio. Only Sinner Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 This is pretty good, but maybe you should put in some text to explain what is going on. There looks like many funny scenes, and we might like to know what your intent was with various portions of the build. I don't understand the third floor, for instance. The build itself is really very good and you have a nice collection of figs. Quote
HayHay Posted June 1, 2013 Author Posted June 1, 2013 (edited) LOL this is awesome, nice work bro Than you This is pretty good, but maybe you should put in some text to explain what is going on. The build itself is really very good and you have a nice collection of figs. Thank you for an advice. I will explain them later however for the 3rd floor, it is the secret lab. of SHIELD as seen in the Avengers movie ((Spoiler)). Honesty, I just wanted to use the [6868] Hulk's Helicarrier to save TAN bricks. Edited June 3, 2013 by HayHay Quote
Spider-Man Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Tough times have hit LEGO City. Nice Moc I agree with Only Sinner in that describing a little of what it going on would help out a lot! Quote
BrickG Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Actually the rich ones do not have to work and can live off the interest easily :P. When you're filthy rich you simply don't have to work (but a lot choose to for various reasons). In fact if you could get about 4 million $$$ here in the US you could live off like 80k interest a year easily! Anyways lulz good fun moc. :P Makes me with I had a good amount of windows so I could actually make buildings! The stuff I buy never has them. Quote
EvMan Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Hola! The building and story are great. And tops work creating and enhancing the building from the fan club magazine. Will it be taking up residence in a street of modulars? EvMan Quote
xxlrocka Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 I get it! Most heroes are trying to get money except for the ones who already have the money/just don't care. Also, since it's Christmas somehow, Deadpool Santa Claus is paying a friendly visit to the bank! Also, wonderful MOC. Every bit of detail makes it all the funnier. This includes Santa and the bank, Wolverine working as a fashion designer and Batman checking up on Spidey as he does some window cleaning. Quote
lightningtiger Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 This is so smegging AWESOME......oh, the Hulk buying an ice block from the Joker........it's too much, it just proves that crime and fighting crime isn't the best career choices eh ? Bat-Brick On 'HayHay' ! Quote
