This is my imagining of Merrick Fortis in Breakout form. He is fully loaded with gear to tackle anything. His gear includes

All I can say is that this guy could give Hydraxon a run for his money

But in all seriousness, I do believe that the amount of weapons is a bit excessive. Still, it's clear that this was your intention, and the execution isn't bad by any means. The colors work well, with the grey skeleton going with the white and silver, and the lime green manages to be less glaring than on Breakout Surge. The color that seems out of place though would have to be the Pearl Dark Gray, probably because it doesn't flow as well as it would if replaced with parts in other colors (i.e. white feet and silver claws). Other than that, it's nice to see that the leader of Hero Recon Team is ready for anything that comes at him!

By no means the best MOC, but it's not that bad either. Although the "weapon-overloaded-ness" of it all is a bit detrimental, there's only one major problem with the MOC itself, and that's that he lacks black. It's present on the chestplate but not anywhere else. I'd suggest replacing those glaring lime shells on his lower legs with black ones of the same type.
