Captain Britain Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 Oh jeez! I had huge bins full of Lego when I was a kid. Half of it my own, half handed down from my brother etc. I sold it all at a car boot sale in my teens because I got out of Lego (as a few do in there teens.. priorities change right?!) but got back into it about 3 or so years ago when I picked up the little Captain America set with the Chitarui in. I've regretted selling it since then.. there must have been all sorts of Star Wars minifigs in there plus some really cool builds! I think one of my first sets that I remember was a Western one with a bank? Loved that!! Quote
ChiefPie Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 When I was younger I got mad when certain sets I was building continued to break as I was putting them together and so I just put whatever I already built and the rest of the pieces in a box. And now they are fully broke. Quote
azog Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 My biggest regret is not getting bagend from the hobbit Quote
Breakdown Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 I like some sets and want to combine them, so I buy a whole bunch of them and then cause I'm stupid, and I never get around to it. I have: 14 X 40154 Pen pot house 4 X 60050 train station 2 X 7937 train station 2 X 6394 gas station car wash 2 X 6395 Raceway 4 X 6396 Airport 2 X 6392 Airport 3 X 6386 Police 2 X 6398 Police The only thing that I've managed to do is take two sets of 7745 and 60051 and make uber-long trains. appiah4 Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 (edited) Not keeping about 10 kgs of Lego from my childhood.. That said, I had willingly allowed my parents to donate them all to a charity for orphans so I guess I just miss them rather than regret it. Now that I'm out of the dark ages and have fair income I can make up for their loss. Edited March 10, 2016 by appiah4 Quote
MaasEffekt Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 I regret, that i didn't collect more Fabuland sets, when i was a child. I regret that i didn't come out of my dark age earlier. I regret that i didn't buy the 10228 Haunted House, when i had the chance. Quote
Andy D Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 Not keeping at least one copy of the 8258 Crane Truck. Andy D Quote

Plus now you've got the joy of re-collecting it all again! Quote
azog Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 My biggest regret must be when I didn't buy the imperial flagship when it was on shelves! I admired the ship for 6 years to this date, I decided to suck it up and buy it! Quote
