Andy D Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Frequently it is just a cup of coffee in the AM or iced tea or soft drink later. Usully not food, not because of mess, but because it gives me an oppotunity for a break. Andy D Quote

Aura Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 I use gloves whilst building hehe and I also make sure my sets are in a sealed glass structure with UV protection so no finger prince, dust or UV exposure touches them :3 Quote
Gremer Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 It's usually a Hot Pocket or a Twinkie...or both. I usually drink some sweet tea or a Coca-Cola while building. Quote
Zerobricks Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 I dont generally eat while MOC-ing... But if I do its probably something like some fruits or popcorn... Quote
Paul B Technic Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 I don't eat or drink near my LEGO.... Quote
grum64 Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 I find having a mouth full of LEGO tends to surpress any temptation to snack while building Quote
klinton Posted August 24, 2014 Posted August 24, 2014 Frozen orange juice. I eat it with a spoon, out of a tupperware. It's pretty much my 'go to' snack most any time though, no matter what I'm doing. :D Quote
parksroad Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 I use gloves whilst building hehe and I also make sure my sets are in a sealed glass structure with UV protection so no finger prince, dust or UV exposure touches them :3 Now I want to see pics of your LEGO display... Quote
Rusty84 Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 Chocolate ice-cream out of a tub.. I would eat potato chips if I could but then the greasy fingers would help me no way in lego-building :( Quote
m0dulo Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 (edited) Chocolate ice-cream out of a tub.. I would eat potato chips if I could but then the greasy fingers would help me no way in lego-building :( You need some ice cream that has potato chips in it. Edited August 25, 2014 by m0dulo Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 Whatever I can eat directly from wrapper or package or with utensil. If I do eat, fingers don't touch food directly. Same rule applies to my computer, game controller, car, and, now that I think about it, almost everything Quote
ZevesdroX Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 I don't eat while building LEGO, but I always have a glass of water nearby. Quote

CrazyDalton777 Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 The trouble is with me, when I start a build, I can't stop until its finished. I once didn't eat before a build and had a huge groan in my stomach and couldn't move until I was fed. I now eat a packet if crisps or a choccy bar for a polybag/4.99 small box set, 1 course meal for a set like the 9.99 city vehicles, 2 course for for City buildings sets (like Town Square) and 3 course for something like a modular. Savage Oppress Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 I build my Lego sets on my bed in my bedroom and I always have a drink with me on my bedroom table while building so I don't run out of energy while building. Quote
