Diggydoes Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=10179-1 Both version were used in this set. It looks like the earlier set were without slot, and later sets had slot. The slotted connector were listed as alternate on the bottom of the inventory page. You should be able to use either part and still be 100% original Thanks for your reply! This was my first guess. Great than i can use the (cheaper)slotted ones! Quote
Skafte Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 Thanks for your reply! This was my first guess. Great than i can use the (cheaper)slotted ones! As far as I can remember, mine came with the slotted ones. It was from the first batch (although it had a number over 5000). Quote
joopsta Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Does anyone know what a 7662 MTT complete with box is worth? My guess is about 150 euros, or is that too much? Thanks Quote

Thanks Here's the Bricklink price guide for this set --? clickey. 150 euros (~USD 215) is on the lower part of the average price (~USD 260) of this set in Used condition. Quote

Thanks! http://music.sezars.com/video/b3IOpmGex1g/LEGO-10195-LAAT-c-carrying-AT-AT.html That video has it carrying the 10178 Motorized AT-AT instead of the AT-OT if that helps. I think elsewhere ont he site they show it carrying other lego sets Quote
Gokey Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Hmm yeah helps a little, if anyones got a pic of them when they combined comparing to another id appreciate it! thanks Quote
Brickadeer Posted June 15, 2011 Posted June 15, 2011 Can anyone tell me why the Clone Commander gear (Anti-Blast Kama, Pauldron etc.) were printed in grey and in black instead of only in grey? Quote
Ceroknight Posted June 15, 2011 Posted June 15, 2011 Can anyone tell me why the Clone Commander gear (Anti-Blast Kama, Pauldron etc.) were printed in grey and in black instead of only in grey? Black looks cooler? Quote
Blackknight112 Posted June 15, 2011 Posted June 15, 2011 Can anyone tell me why the Clone Commander gear (Anti-Blast Kama, Pauldron etc.) were printed in grey and in black instead of only in grey? I think they wanted some variation, and just like ceroknight said, black looks better on regular clones. Quote

Mr Man Posted June 15, 2011 Posted June 15, 2011 Can anyone tell me why the Clone Commander gear (Anti-Blast Kama, Pauldron etc.) were printed in grey and in black instead of only in grey? The black is the exception as the black gear only appears on 2 figs an the grey on 6 figs, as for why that is maybe it's different ranks or TLG decided that the grey was better. Quote

I hoped they had decided so, but Commander Wolffe has black gear, while Commander Cody (7959) has grey gear. Quote
Mr Man Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 I hoped they had decided so, but Commander Wolffe has black gear, while Commander Cody (7959) has grey gear. The lego colours don't make a right lot of sense anyway as in the show the clones have off white karmas sometimes with coloured stripes on them. Quote
Petit-bleu Posted June 18, 2011 Posted June 18, 2011 I want to ask because i can see "living encyclopedia" aroud here. How would you do a lego phase 1 medic clone trooper? I was playing with my son and he called a clone bomber "medic" so we used him. Seems the colour was right... But I searched for reference pics and all i found was very dark ones (on wookiepedia). Any lead welcome. PS: If i posted in the wrong topic i apologize but this one seemed appropriate. Quote
simonjedi Posted June 18, 2011 Posted June 18, 2011 According to the novel The Clone Wars: Decide Your Destiny: The Lost Legion, Phase 1 clone trooper medics have their squad color markings on their armor, circles on their shoulder plates, and a thin stripe around their helmets. However, they may not have markings at all, for Kix in "The Deserter" doesn't have any on his armor. So official 'Canon' sources are really unhelpful. Do whatever you want with them. Change some of the accessories on the helmet around Quote
Diggydoes Posted June 18, 2011 Posted June 18, 2011 Another question regarding the UCS Millenium Falcon:the inventory-list on peeron says it contains 54xTrans-Light Blue 1x2Tiles(for the engine),other sources say it comes with Trans-Blue Tiles. On BL their ain't no Trans-Light Blue Tiles listed,so did the Retail MF came with Trans-Blue Tiles? Quote

They look like the Trans-Blue to me, definitely darker than the light blue pieces I have (e.g. Ben & Luke's lightsabres from 8092, if that's any help!) Have fun building this, you won't regret it! Diggydoes Posted June 19, 2011 Posted June 19, 2011 Thanks for your replys! I've ordered dark-blue tiles,i guess they'll be alright! @Lobot: Thanks,i'm pretty sure i won't regret it! But before i can start i'll need to BL about 1000 Pieces for this monster! Quote
Churchill Posted June 23, 2011 Posted June 23, 2011 (edited) Brickdoctor and Fallenangel (and everyone), I just saw a brief preview on the Star Wars website for a new book called Blueprints. I haven't looked into it too much- it has its own website I haven't been able to check out yet. I don't know the provenance of the blueprints, but it could be interesting. www.theblueprintsbook.com It's expensive... Edited June 23, 2011 by Churchill Quote

I haven't looked into it too much- it has its own website I haven't been able to check out yet. I don't know the provenance of the blueprints, but it could be interesting. www.theblueprintsbook.com It's expensive... These are the original blueprints, then? Interesting... $500-$1000*?! And I thought Chronicles was expensive... I think I'll stick to reference pictures on the Net (and someone's bound to scan the pages of this new book for public use eventually). *I could almost buy my own ship for that! Quote
