A Super Heroes CMF line has been a consistent(ly unconfirmed) rumor since the beginning of the theme. There's nothing to go on.

By the way, I prefer to call Miss Quinzel's motorcycles "Harleys" too. I can't resist a good pun. Maybe that's why I adore the character so. I'm just glad she gets a proper vehicle and a mallet. this time! I notice that the hammer matches her colors, too, which is great.

No matter what design exactly the new Harley is, its just really a great sign that its a new design at all. I think its definitely safe to say that probably most, if not all the figures in the Jokerland set will be at least new designs, instead of the same Ivy, Penguin, and of course Harley. Just seeing those legs is encouraging for sure.

I'm betting Penguin will be the same from last year, but I definitely think Ivy will be different from her last appearances.

We should know in 2 weeks and 2 days, unless we get a lucky leak.

Ok...I'm buying the Deathstroke set. I don't care about the build--only that lovely classic blue Deathstroke!

I'm not sure why there's so many rumors--or well a consistant rumor--that there will be a DC CMF series. That's just not going to happen.

There are two main problems--the first and most major being that the other toy companies would basically just flip out if Lego made them. Most likely, Lego is bound by some contract, similar to that of the Star Wars license; where they are forbidden from selling individual figures of our beloved characters. Lego got into some trouble back in the day when they started selling those old CMF--like figures with stands for Star Wars. Heck I think there was also an issue with magnet characters not too long ago either. Hasbro and Mattel (or whoever makes those cheaply made action figures), don't want Lego making standalone figures--which is why the best Star Wars can get are those battle packs/chibi-fighters with a minimum requirement of parts. The issues stems from the other toy makers and not the "middle man"--basically Disney/Warner Bros.--since it’d be a safe bet that in the other company’s contracts there’s a part that says they can be the only people to make "action figures" or whatever.

The other issue I see is that a DC CMF-wave/line would cannibalize (mmm...yum) the DC line as a whole. After all, I'm sure it's safe to say the vast majority of buyers are more interested in the figures than the often poor builds (Which is understandable when the Superhero line is about the heroes)--and so if all of a sudden you can get all of your favorite characters in cheap little baggies, you're not going to be buying as much of the more expensive sets. That might be enough for Lego alone to not want to make superhero CMFs.

Lego is actually making Star Wars constraction figures, which are more action figure like than minifigures, this summer. I remember before there was an Cuusoo project for them which was rejected due to that very licensing issue. Lego has already done constraction figures for DC and Marvel so I don't think licensing there is any issue.

They can just give us all the figures from two years before but with leg printing; that way we'd buy the sets and the minifigures.

Or they could use characters who wouldn't be popular enough for sets but would be for a minifigure series.

Still, although I'm pretty sure Lego could do a minifigure series, I don't think they will.

I know everyone wants a Deathstroke with a helmet, but I think this one is much better. Guess we'll have to see which we get.

Oh, it looks like the LEGO Batman 2 design again. That probably isn't exactly what we will get in the Batboat set.

No, I don't think so either. Just looking at everyone but Batman, Superman, Lex Luthor, and Wonder Woman, no one looks exactly like their physical counterparts, especially Grodd.

As long as it's a classic Deathstroke, I'm happy with or without the helmet.

Anyone else think that the final scene was suggesting a sequel? I wonder if that could be what Trickster comes with.

That wouldn't make sense, because that would either mean that the sequel is coming really soon, like in a couple of months; or TaoBao gets figure almost a year in advanced.

I love how LEGO was too lazy for the movie and just took the purple elements of Twoface's car and made it a navy blue color for Deathstroke! Also I don't know if you guys watched the whole thing but I found it interesting how the Gorilla Grodd figure had a different design with a helmet...

The special isn't particularly inspired by or influencing the sets. I wouldn't count on Deathstroke's design there to mean the one we get in sets.

I wonder if we'll see Harley's hair (and possibly torso, if she has two-toned arms) soon. These leaks just seem very arbitrary. Just an assortment of parts....and one piece of a fig we haven't seen yet.

The upcoming CMF cheerleader has hair fit for harley!

they'd be foolish not to use it.

I'm pretty sure that hair was designed specifically for her. I wonder how the red/black printing will look.

Thats what we've said about other figures but then they are used in sets...
