Scarilian Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 It could have been another Ironman instead.... Eh, Iron Man would be preferable, he's had different variants and he's got an updated AoU form. These Spider-man figures have been flooding the market so much i'm pretty sure every Spider-man fan has them, even if they dont remember buying it. I have like 5 of him already. Quote

Jay_Em Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 It could have been another Ironman instead.... I wish, those have some usefulness for making different suits. Would love a cheap way to get Iron Man helmets. Quote
Numbuh1Nerd Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 This would've been an excellent opportunity for someone like Daredevil, who is about to get very popular very fast. Same sort of printing, no headgear or anything, just a standard minifig. Quote
Sam892 Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Hope Uk toysrus stock it at some point, if not it'll sadly like the comic con exclusives be one figure i have to skip. Well Rocket Racoon polybags have started showing up in UK TRUs, so Electro will arrive in the summer most likely for us in the UK. Quote
Clone OPatra Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 To quote Luke Skywalker on that polybag - 'what a piece of junk!' When they made polybags for Iron Man, Hawkeye, and Thor from the first Avengers films, at least all of those figures were slightly harder to get and, you know, actually good figures. Nobody wants another crappy pajama Spider-Man. Quote
Jay_Em Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Well Rocket Racoon polybags have started showing up in UK TRUs, so Electro will arrive in the summer most likely for us in the UK. Do you have any more info regarding the Rocket polybags in the UK? Is that a recent thing? Quote
Quicksilver Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 (edited) The Super Jumper-Pocolypse is real... But it is a nice little robot. Edited February 9, 2015 by Quicksilver Quote
Scarilian Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 The Super Jumper-Pocolypse is real... Yeah, the issue with the Jumper's is also that it hasnt been fixed, so if anyone uses it it'll just break their figure... Quote
Quicksilver Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Yeah, the issue with the Jumper's is also that it hasnt been fixed, so if anyone uses it it'll just break their figure... Well... We'll still have our 9 other Spiderman figures if the one in the poly bag breaks... But seriously, did Lego even test this issue if the legs cracking before releasing it in this years sets? Quote
lightningtiger Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Another Spiderman polybag..........yep, it's okay I guess but it seems that the licensed area of Lego is like the city area and their love of police, police and more police. Maybe Peter Parker is the most popular Marvel character.......he might be the Batman of Marvel ? Quote

LOL, just for comparison: | Number of sets | Number of Villains | Number of variants | Number of vehicles | Total number of appearances | Batman | 19 | 11 | 16 | 16 | 22 | Spider-Man | 9 | 9 | 4 | 5 | 12 | Iron Man | 9 | 2 | 9 | 1 | 11 | Sounds like you might have made yourself some battle damaged ones . And he didn't even have to use the Super Jumpers . Edited February 9, 2015 by psqidexslizer248 Quote

Amazing Bricks Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 This has to be the last repeated spidey, the summer wave for sure will have a new spiderman variant. I'm just glad lego is giving us miles morales and iron spider this year. I'm postitive spiderman will at least have a new variant with dark blue on him. Quote

KingDom Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 At my TRU theres a box of them for sale at £4.99 each, theyve been there at least 6 weeks. I was not aware of this, didn't see them online so I assumed they weren't around. I'll have to try my luck ASAP. It's available (but shipping in 2 to 5 weeks) in the UK Amazon store at £59.99 so I wouldn't expect the US price to be any lower than $59.99 but then again it's not unheard of.. Quote

For what it's worth, as far as I know, Sam892 has been the only person I've seen on this forum who has actually seen it in a TRU. If you see on the 'UK Sales' thread, others haven't had any luck. I've checked my one as well but nothing there. Worth a look just in case of course but unfortunately I think that was just a one off. It's like they've all been hidden away. Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Better pictures of the new quinjet polybag: Quote
Faefrost Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Anyone else getting an Octobot vibe from that poly? I know it has six legs but this is probably the closest we'll come to getting one More like an Alistair Smythe Spider Slayer I thought. Quote
Masked Builder Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Both sets are back in stock now. Quote
