soccerkid6 Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 You're giving Mitgardia a bad name Nice wall technique and the wooden railing at the top adds a nice color contrast Excellent entry Quote

When I got this face the first thing I thought about was this ;) @Angeli: Sorry, I don't even know what "Games of Thrones" is. @Soccerkid: Thank you Quote
puayyong Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 I like the wall... the way it makes it looks real.... uneven finishing... Quote
Ecclesiastes Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 This is awesome! The idea and the also the build, the wall technique is really good. Are the tiles not coming of?! Anyway it is a good thing having you on or side! Quote
Simon_S Posted August 2, 2012 Author Posted August 2, 2012 This is awesome! The idea and the also the build, the wall technique is really good. Are the tiles not coming of?! Thank you! If you would shake it, some of them would fall of. But I could transport it to the balcony to take the photos outside and not even one tile fell of. But I also have to say that I wouldn't build a hole castle with this technic... Quote
kabel Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 pretty cool wall technique and very funny scene, good to have another good builder amongst our guild! Quote
Gabe Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 Lol! You certainly ought to win something for "funniest entry"... the face of that guy on the battements is perfect! Quote
Medic!!! Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 WOW! On another note, Please explain that wall technique? Quote
Simon_S Posted August 24, 2012 Author Posted August 24, 2012 WOW! On another note, Please explain that wall technique? It's quite easy... You take some 1x1 modified bricks with stud on 1 side and put a large plate on them. Behind the plate just build up a wall. Now put tiles and slopes on the plate, but don't fix the tiles well, so they are a little bit angled. That's everythin Do you understand it? Buurli Quote
