Fissl Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Hello! this is my latest creation, a small and agile astromech called FP-03! I've used 3 M motors, 2 for driving and one for the gripper. The antenna is driven by a micro motor and the sound comes from this little part I found in my collection the weight is 630 grams. hope you like it! Quote

There are a few parts I couldn't build in the LDD: - the mini LA is pushed down by two of the white rubber bands (as you can see in the picture) - the black pipes in the face have to be connected to the 3L pins in the 13M beam on the back of the head - I couldn't find the part I used for the antenna ( it's from 8250/8299) so I found another solution - the 5x7 panels on the sides can be connected with more pins to the 5x11 panel - the white 2x4 electric plate in the head is connected to the IR receiver and to the micro motor using this and this cable If you have any questions please ask!
