Pluto_MkII Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 (edited) Hi guys, I like to present to you my recently built tractor. Its look is inspired by the old IHC tractors from 1971 to 1975 an has a few functions in it. It has a gearbox with four switching steps which is combined with a gearbox with two modes for driving on street/field. It is possible to open the bonnet, so you can see the three cylinder diesel-engine. Steering is also possible. You can use the steering wheel or the exhaust pipe. They turn at different angles: the exhaust pipe has a small rotation angle for better playability and the steering wheel has a much greater rotation angle for a realistic behavior. The oscillating front axle has an Ackermann-geometry. At the rear of the tractor is a power take-off shaft and a tow-bar. The power take-off shaft is powered by the rear wheels. But enough telling, take a look at the pictures. IHC-Schlepper (Album) Edited December 30, 2014 by Pluto_MkII Quote
Zerobricks Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 Nicely done. It has a 2000's look to it. Quote
Pluto_MkII Posted January 1, 2015 Author Posted January 1, 2015 Thanks. Yes, most of the parts are old, studded parts. The panels are from the 8448 sports car. Quote
