K-Nut Posted February 16, 2012 Author Posted February 16, 2012 (edited) Durkon casts Lightning on Mr. Lightblade from the back row. GM Note: Uhmm, you need to challenge him first. Edited February 16, 2012 by K-nut
RPGer Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 Auto-play - Will accept any battle of a hero under level 15. Autoplay: If 5+ HP above opponenents level, attack from front row. If less, attack from back row. First attack: Sword of Decay 2nd, 3rd, and 4th attack: Meteor Blade After: If opponents health is more than 5, attack with Meteor blade, if less attack with Sword of Decay Until I strike a hit on opponent. Then switch back to Meteor blade for 3 turns.
K-Nut Posted February 16, 2012 Author Posted February 16, 2012 I'm assuming that was for one battle, so I'll wait for Bricks to confirm that first.
RPGer Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 (edited) Oh...sorry about that Edited February 16, 2012 by RPGer
K-Nut Posted February 16, 2012 Author Posted February 16, 2012 Uh...that was after the battle. GM Note: Uhmm, no it wasn't, that was before this battle. Read the thread, will you?
Brickdoctor Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 GM Note: Uhmm, you need to challenge him first. Other GM's Note:Actually, that post by Bricksandparts does say he'll accept any battle against any hero under Level 15 automatically. However, I'm not sure if we should let that stand, since it could lead to a bunch of Knock Outs of new players with nothing better to do at the time and a bunch of easy wins and free stuff for Bricksandparts.
Masked Builder Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 Other GM's Note: Actually, that post by Bricksandparts does say he'll accept any battle against any hero under Level 15 automatically. However, I'm not sure if we should let that stand, since it could lead to a bunch of Knock Outs of new players with nothing better to do at the time and a bunch of easy wins and free stuff for Bricksandparts. Yet another other GM's Note: Yes I would have to agree with you on that Doc. I think it's much more of a personal battle if they both post accepting the challenge.

Jebediahs Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 "Alright. I am ready to proceed. Good luck."

Jebediahs Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 Nur folds his arms and rests from the back row hoping to see the confusion spell take effect. "As you wish. I shall attack with my dagger from the back row."

Brickdoctor Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 GM Note: Sorry, forgot about this one. vs. PREPARE FOR BATTLE! Bricksandparts Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 Johon attacks Durkon from the front row with meteor blade. OoC: Guess you want me to do it personally?
K-Nut Posted February 18, 2012 Author Posted February 18, 2012 OoC: Guess you want me to do it personally? GM Note: Yeah, because then you could just be piling up on free stuff without doing anything. And since Doc isn't here... Durkon vs. Alf: Shield Alf vs. Durkon: Damage Durkon starts by letting his Lightning overflow, dealing 9 damage. Alf comes in for a swing, but Durkon casts Lightning on him, dealing 3 more damage. Alf Gregory, Level 13.5 Barbarian (played by Bricksandparts) Health: 9/21 Durkon, Level 1 Mage (played by RPGer) Health: 5/5 Ether: 5/5 GM Note:
Bricksandparts Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 Johon takes a step back. He was surprised that such a n00b new mage could deliver such a blow... OoC: a barbarian's Shield is pretty dumb, no offense. As of now, you can only have 1 on 1 combat. Also, do ranged weapons effect the same whether the opponent is in the front or back row? If fighting in the back row would help, I'll do that. If not, Repeat my attack...
RPGer Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 (edited) Durkon casts lightning on Alf from the back row. OCC: I will be Flipz 2! Edited February 18, 2012 by RPGer
K-Nut Posted February 18, 2012 Author Posted February 18, 2012 (edited) OoC: a barbarian's Shield is pretty dumb, no offense. As of now, you can only have 1 on 1 combat. Also, do ranged weapons effect the same whether the opponent is in the front or back row? GM Note: The Barbarian shield is the exact same as it usually is, just downsized to fit the battle. In a battle where the party fights one enemy, is the Barbarian shield skill dumb their too? Ranged weapons do effect the same, but melee weapons effects are halved if used in the back row. Alf vs. Durkon: Hit Durkon vs Alf: Critical Hit Alf attacks Durkon, but since Durkon is in the back row, Alf only deals 4 Damage. (WP:8/2 = 4) Durkon fires Lightning, dealing 6 Damage to Alf.
