united brick Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 AHHHHH!!!!! THE GREEN, IT BURNS!!! the design of the car is good and it has opening doors i like the bike and the yellow plane too Actuly it looks good just needs to fade the colors a bit Quote
Thomas B. Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 The yellow plane and motorbike are amazing! Quote
Big Supie Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 The green car looks like it has a steering function. Quote
DarthPineapple Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 (edited) Wow, the green car looks just like a variant of cool cars... wait... look at the wheels... do we get a steering mechanism? Cool! EDIT: Oh dang, Supie beat me. Edited October 18, 2008 by DarthPineapple Quote
eti Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 The yellow car from 2008 also had a steering wheel on the picture. But not in reality... Quote
Zorro Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 The yellow mini-plane is very nice and the Green car has well...a weird greeny color...is it Captain Green Hairs car? The small hummer is cool too! Quote
Rijkvv Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 I like the bike the most of all. I've seen a picture of the yellow plane, with a Harrier alternate model, that looked also very good. Quote
slimninj4 Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 Im getting really tired of the tires in set 6743. I don't know why but I just do not like the look of them. Now the motorcycle I may pick up 2 of those kits to have 4 tires total. And I love the small little box creators. I pick up 3 or 4 of each when new ones come out. Quote
Lt. de Martinet Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 What does LEGO have against green cheese slopes?? Quote
Darth_Legois Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 Thanks Skipper24! I realy like ^That set, the planes look realy cool Quote
Brickthing Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 Minifigs from other Themes (such as the Castle minifig) being used in Creator sets - is that a first? Either way, it's defiantly a neat way to inspire creative building and playing - very good LEGO! Quote
Freddie Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 I think so, if you exclude the city minifigs. And while we're on the subject - is that knight neutral (not belonging to a faction)? I also noticed a while ago with the pirate set that the head included is unique to it (standard head with eyepatch), so there's a possibility we might get unique figs through these sets. Anyone agree with me here? Quote
hewkii9 Posted October 29, 2008 Posted October 29, 2008 Nope, that knight's a Crownie. Look at his belt. Although the torso is new, it seems to have light blue/blue arms instead of dark blue. Quote
Tanotrooper Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 You wouldnt have pictures of that pirate type creator set? Love the green car :) LEGO indeed hates green cheese slopes, but also tan ones (I need those) TT Quote
hewkii9 Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Here it is in all it's Piratical Creatory Goodness - Ta-da! Quote
VBBN Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Im getting really tired of the tires in set 6743. I don't know why but I just do not like the look of them. Now the motorcycle I may pick up 2 of those kits to have 4 tires total. And I love the small little box creators. I pick up 3 or 4 of each when new ones come out. Oh most definatly. I have no use for these wheels AT all. Except a tire fire... What does LEGO have against green cheese slopes?? Why do I doubt that car has steering... Well, I'm not liking much of any of this. I am waiting for the larger sets in the summer, like the Cool Convertible set from this year! Quote
samthelegoman1 Posted November 3, 2008 Posted November 3, 2008 I really hope that green sports-car is minifig-scale! Quote
Holodoc Posted November 3, 2008 Posted November 3, 2008 I really hope that green sports-car is minifig-scale! I doubt it. It seems to be of the same size like the yellow creator car 4939 and that one was smaller. But it can easily be 'pimped'. Quote
VBBN Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 I doubt it. It seems to be of the same size like the yellow creator car 4939 and that one was smaller. But it can easily be 'pimped'. This.... ...Is definatly similar. And sadly it didn't have steering either. Why TLC? It should be easier to mod than tiny turbos though. Quote
