Hehe, sorry, Wouwie, but so far you've only been seen talking to people over a radio and calling in reinforcements, so I said you'd be the communications expert. And you're always the one who says something funny, and you said yourself at the very beginning of the SWCG that your character is one that dies a lot, so I called you the comic relief as well.

And almost everyone on the team (except me :hmpf_bad: ) is a commander and is therefore a tactical expert. If anyone deserves the title of tactical expert of our team, it would be Jim, being the leader and all.

@ JD: There is no such thing as a "destruction specialist". There is only "explosives specialist", and I think your character aint it. More like Thok. You could be sniping expert, but isn't that Bob's job?

Anyway, who cares about the specialties. We are a team, and as they say, there is no "I" in "team".

Team - you, you, you, you, you = I

With ''commander'' I meant real commander, commander in the Grand Army of the Republic, not some wannabe commander as you are!

Just kidding Oky.

Yes there is. I made it up. I know there is no such thing, I was being silly. I suppose my proffesion would be an elite scout commander then.

Maybe remote camera and editing specialist.:wink::grin: None of you will understand that except one.....

I totally agree with the no "I" in team. We all help each other out so who cares *coughmecough*.

 Oky just got 'pwned'! Kinda harsh Wouwie.

i would expect to be in training for an ARC trooper for the first 2-3 pages, then i will most likely lead a team of ARC troopers to wherever the team is going. "A light trainig mission to ease you in to the program." Yeah right.

Either way, I will be in a different place for a bit.

I guess my character could be the medical expert...

And weren't we using Phase 2 Clones? Thats the way it was in Season One. Unless we suddenly went back in time.

Well, I am not sure wether seperate plots are allowed. I did one last time and Oky and Jim were not happy and did not want any more side plots.

I'd like to join, perhaps when a new chapter/season starts? Comic games on!

Sure! But it not my descision to decide, it is up to JIm but knowing him he wont mind so you can start making your bio and character! :classic:

Well, I think when we went back in time we went to the clone wars period where phase 1 armour was still being used.

I am planning a little something, as I said earlier.

Fine. Just try not to go too much into a side plot. You know we don't like those very much.

Maybe remote camera and editing specialist.:wink::grin: None of you will understand that except one.....

Hehe, I can dig it!

Sure! As pr0 said, just read the rules and make your character. :classic: Then, think of a way for your character to meet our group.

I guess my character could be the medical expert...

That would be good actually. We can use an official medic. (How the heck did we survive the first Season without one?! ) But as I said, we don't need all to have a specialty. Only if you want one.

You're right, pr0, we don't like side plots too much, but what jifel is saying basically just means that he wont post for a while, which is perfectly fine as long as he does continue posting at some point.

And weren't we using Phase 2 Clones? Thats the way it was in Season One. Unless we suddenly went back in time.
Well, I think when we went back in time we went to the clone wars period where phase 1 armour was still being used.

Exactly. That's one of the many benefits of the ending of Season 1:

During Season 1, we only had the Phase 2 Clone BP to supply us with clones, so there was only Phase 2 clones in the game. Now, we can only purchase the Phase 1 Clone BP, so there are automatically more Phase 1 clones in the game. But thanks to the going-back-in-time thing, this makes sense! :sweet:

However, since most of us got the first clone BP while it was still around, and since the game is set around the time where the clones started to switch armor, both kinds of clones can be seen in the game and you can use any kind of clone you want. :classic:

I will probably make a few posts, just highlights really, and I think of it as a time when phase 2 is in early stages and being occasionally used.

There aren't really ranks, everyone just bows to me.
Well, Jim is the leader, but other than that, there are no real ranks. However, everyone has a special profession:

Piloting & Tech expert: Oky Wan

Weapons expert: Thok

Lightsaber combat expert: Pr0

Secondary lightsaber combat expert: Adam

Communications expert & comic relief: Wouwie

I was just kidding about the statement above. But really, we are all kind of equal in rank. Maybe the older members have a bit more authority, but that's it. And I think all of our characters know at least some basic military skills.

And almost everyone on the team (except me :hmpf_bad: ) is a commander and is therefore a tactical expert. If anyone deserves the title of tactical expert of our team, it would be Jim, being the leader and all.

Sounds good, just be sure to not have your own side plot for too long.

Of course, I assume you've read the rules already. Once you make a character and a bio, you'll be all set for Chapter 2. :classic:

Speaking of which,

The date for the beginning of Chapter 2 is Saturday, March 7, possibly earlier.

Exactly. That's one of the many benefits of the ending of Season 1:

Oh, and expect those revised pictures tomorrow or Thursday.

Currently a Very Work In Progress, I'm constructing a Coruscant Street area. Like the one seen in Episode 2. I say very, because the only piece I have, is the giant grey baseplate...

So, thats where I'll be at the start of Chapter 2.

Millacol88, If you have your character and information all set up, I could introduce you there. Only if you want, I'm just going to go there as a part of my relaxing.

I never got to nuke Trexxon, so i know what my first post will be.

I'm thinking that palpatine bans all groups like ours (to give dooku a chance of winning, but mace decides to keep us together.)

Has the Xonhor relic been explained? as in where it came from ect. I feel a FLASHBACK coming on

You really want to kill those Ewoks, don't you? :hmpf_bad:

I can't blame you.

Btw, did I mention that it doesn't make any sense for a primitive race such as the Ewoks to be found on a planet far away from their homeworld? :sceptic:

Oh well, I guess it doesn't make any less sense than the Talz being found on Orto Plutonia in the CW episode trespass.

I'm thinking that palpatine bans all groups like ours (to give dooku a chance of winning, but mace decides to keep us together.)

Good idea! But he would need a really good reason for that, though, or else it would be too suspicious. Maybe he will make us responsible for Luun's death and/or the nuking of Trexxon. :look:

Has the Xonhor relic been explained?

No, and I don't it needs to. It's a Sith object from ancient times that amplifies dark force powers, and Sidious wants it. That's all we need to know.

And even if you do want to explain it, there is no need for a flashback as the holocron that we just stole will reveal everything we need to know about this relic.

I was thinking the Trexxon nuking, the public are angry about Trexxon, and palpatine wants a scapegoat. (ie. us) He can say it was due to us being on the planet or something. He also gives dooku a better chance to succeed without trouble from us "meddling kids"

If I get my Coruscant Scene constructed, I could do the first post where some Clone Troopers aproach a few of us and take us with them (But not arrest us).

If you don't mind...

Sorry guys, I'm afraid I'm going to have to delay my entry into the game. :cry_sad: Unfortunately, I expect to be too busy over the next while to contribute much to the story. I'm also lacking a proper photo backdrop and lighting. Perhaps in a little while I will be able to take part.

If you remember correctly the ewoks are still on the Fortitude.:thumbup: Thought it would add some comedy to the SWCG.

I thought they could have been introduced on Trexxon by escaping slavery on a mercenary ship which landed there.

Season 1

The Star Wars Comic Game: Chapter 1 - An Overview

In a deserted industrial section of Coruscant, Commander Jim Butcher was on a mission to assassinate a drug dealer, when suddenly an armed hover transport popped up and opened fire on him and his men. Fortunately, Palin Jax, the head of the shadow division, was near to come to his aid. But to their surprise, the drug dealers were supported by Droidekas and Battle Droids in their fight. In the meanwhile, the buyer from the drug deal made his escape. Jim decided to pursue him while Palin left for a mysterious personal mission, and as Jim was following the drug lord, he ran into two civilians, trader Moda Annix and engineer Oky Wan Kenobi. They joined forces to fight their way out of the battle and meet yet another ally: Lt. Col. Thok, the leader of the Shock Troopers. Together, they tracked the drug lord's ship to the planet of Utapau. On the way, Oky Wan had to deploy from the team due to a technical failure on his ship. He performed an emergency landing in a Republic Cruiser where he met the grenade-loving Lieutnant MacK, who just came back from a mission to rescue prisoners from the latest freighter overtaken by the CIS. One of these prisoners turned out to be a drug dealer with an important information to give. So, they questioned him and found out that the Seperatists are building a secret weapon, a time machine to be exact, and are planning to use it to prevent the clone army to ever fall into the hands of the Republic so that they can take over the galaxy with ease. In order to find out more, Oky Wan and MacK are sent to the Utapau System to join Jim and the others in their quest for the rogue drug lord. Little do they know that their friends are fighting against a swarm of Vulture Droids which appeared once they had entered the atmosphere of Utapau. Thok's ship was hit and he had to make an emergency landing. He has now wandered off with only a handful of his men while the others are looking for him and the drug lord.

And in the midst of it all, a happless Easy 501 is fighting his own battle against the CIS on the ice planet of Hoth...

The Star Wars Comic Game: Chapter 2 - An Overview

After crashing on Utapau, Butcher, Annix, and Thok and his troops continued to pursue the drug lord Kaeder on foot in the shadows of the enourmous sinkhole cities. Finally, they were able to locate him and overhear him talking to a bounty hunter. It turns out that the drugs that he took by force back on Coruscant were meant to be an essential part of the separatists' time machine, the secret weapon they were working on. A young citizen called William Jones overheard this conversation as well, but soon got into trouble with Republic forces. Trying to find out more, they followed the two criminals into a building. Unfortunately, they got caught and put into different cells, but they were able to send out an SOS before that.

Meanwhile, MacK and Oky Wan were on their way to Utapau in order to go undercover and find Kaeder and help their Republic friends, using a freighter that looked suspiciously much like the one MacK blew up a little while ago. They were able to land on the planet without problems, but right afterwards, they got captured and sold to Doc Russo, a pit fighting slave driver, by a Pau'an traitor called Parrah Dox. MacK and Oky Wan woke up in a cell together with three other slaves. One of them who introduced himself as Xela approached them and offered his help in exchange for freedom, so they sat together and devised an escape plan. At the same time in a different part of the city, Garviel Loken, a Republic spy, had picked up the signal of a Republic-loyal ship having entered the atmosphere that MacK's freighter had sent out and was on his way to greet them.

The next morning, MacK and Oky Wan were confronted by Draze, one of the two drug dealers who had provided MacK and Oky Wan with information about the separatists' plan. It was then revealed that it was him who sold them out. While Draze told them that he would be watching the pit fight they were about to be forced to fight, MacK was able to "borrow" Draze's blaster. Then, they were led to the pit arena where they met Loken who had been captured during his attempt to find them. The three were thrown into the pit and had to defend themselves against a sharakan, a shark man. Using the stolen blaster, MacK was able to make the beast attack Draze in the audience, which cued Xela to break through the ground with his pick, allowing the four of them to escape in between all the chaos. They walked through the crystal mines that Xela had been forced to work in until now. Oky Wan suspected that these were part of the time machine as well and took one with him. After fighting off some super battle droids at the end of the tunnel, they left on a speeder loaded with explosives and headed for Garviel's secret hideout. There, they stocked up on weapons and split up. While MacK and Oky Wan left to free Jim and the others, Garviel led the other former slaves on a mission to destroy a CIS core ship in order to create a distraction so that they could escape. MacK and Oky Wan were able to free Jim and Thok and even found out that General Grievous is the mind behind the time travel project, but they were too late to save Annix who was taken captive by another bounty hunter. It's obvious that Grievous wants to use him as bait to capture the others who know too much in his opinion, and maybe even use him as a lab rat to test the time machine too. They all returned to MacK's freighter where they were surprised not to find Garviel and the others and started worrying. Jim and Oky Wan left to check on them.

Meanwhile, aboard the core ship, Garviel and his team were just finished setting up the explosives when they were attacked by battle droids. During this fight, Zues and Mendis, the two other former slaves, lost their lives. Afterwards, Garviel met a force-strong woman named Beqin who he believed to have defeated on a mission some years ago. As it turns out, she survived somehow and is now yet another pawn of Count Dooku, but her intentions are still unclear. She was just about to eliminate Garviel and Xela, when Xela set off the charges in a selfless act to allow his new friends to flee. Garviel got out just in time, survived, and got picked up by Oky Wan and Jim. Shortly thereafter, MacK and Thok brought the freighter around and they all left the planet, following the core ship which had been able to take off despite the damage Xela had caused and was now heading for the ice planet Hoth. It was Hoth where Grievous ordered his minions to move the time machine to, so it might be on that very core ship. It's a good thing too, seeing as the poor Easy 501 is still struggling against the CIS forces attacking his outpost, even though he is already receiving help from a clone commander called Rex.

The Star Wars Comic Game: Chapter 3 - An Overview

After landing safely on Hoth, Jim, Thok, Oky Wan, MacK, and a wounded Garviel started to make their way to Easy 501's outpost while Skipper 24 and William Jones, two new allies from Utapau, stayed with the freighter. Our heroes had to face many obstacles like Homing Spider Droids and Wampas, but they also made some new friends. Adam, a Republic spy, and clone commander Rex and his team joined the group. Half of them almost died on the way to the sieged outpost, but in the end, they all made it there in one piece using a strange all-terrain vehicle with surprisingly advanced technology that they found in the snow. Once there, they were greeted by Easy 501. He told them to call him Wouwie and offered to help the group on their mission in return for the help they had provided in his fight against the droids. They were able to evacuate the outpost in an RGS just in time before the droid force teared it down.

Later, Adam revealed to them that the vehicle from before was an AT-AT, sent here from the future by the separatists a year ago in a time travel experiment. He also told them that the CIS was now crafting mutants that were half human, half Felucian mushroom, and the only living tissue that could survive the time travel process. These mutants were being made in a facility nearby, so they decided to go and look for clues about the location of the time machine there.

They all flew back to MacK's freighter and split up. While Jim, Thok, MacK, Wouwie, and Adam jumped into the freighter to get to the facility, Oky Wan, Garviel, Rex, and the clones continued in the gunship to go and search the crashed CIS core ship for clues as well. When Jim's team arrived at the location that Adam had led them to, Jim entered the underground facility together with Adam while the others waited for a signal from them to enter from the back. After outrunning a swarm of mutants, they came to a black door. In that moment, something very strange happened: Adam split into two different persons. One of them, the ghost of a dark jedi that had been resting inside of Adam for some time, knocked out Jim and made his way to the hangar of the facility in order to leave the planet and wreck havoc in the galaxy. The other, Adam's true self, was flung into the future, where he woke up to find himself in the possession of a lightsaber.

Meanwhile, Oky Wan, Garviel, and the clone commando were searching through the wreckage of the core ship, without success. They were just about to return to the gunship as their communications were cut off and they were ambushed by the bounty hunter who kidnapped Moda Annix on Utapau. Fortunately, the gunship flew in and shot away all the battle droids that surrounded them. Being the coward that he was, the bounty hunter fled into the bowls of the core ship. Garviel ran after him, but suddenly, he was transported through time into the future. There, he met up with Adam and an aged Jim Butcher, who told them all about the Empire, the rebels, and what had happened by the end of the Clone Wars. It turned out that he and his rebel engineers had recreated and perfected the separatists' time machine so that they could warn them about the future. It was now up to Garviel to warn the others and stop the group from destroying the separatist's time machine.

After Garviel had vanished, Oky Wan continued the pursuit of the bounty hunter without him. He followed him to a dead end where the hunter used Annix as a hostage to escape. But the two Republicans were able to overthrow the coward and reclaim their weapons. As they walked back, they were ambushed again. This time it was Beqin, the female dark jedi. She questioned them about Garviel's whereabouts, but since they couldn't give her an answer, she killed Annix. Afterwards, she turned toward a wounded Oky Wan. She didn't kill him right away, though, because she could sense a lot of anger in him. She offered him a chance to turn to the dark side and enhance his force powers to be able to fulfill his dreams. Oky Wan was tempted, but could not make up his mind, so he changed the subject by ordering her to kill him. She was about to do so when Rex and the clones suddenly busted in and drove her away. They returned to the gunship and headed toward the facility where Jim was just regaining consciousness. He stood up and opened the mysterious black door, but the room behind it turned out to be a simple conference room. Suddenly, he was attacked by General Grievous from the back, and the two engaged in a lightsaber duel.

In the future, the rebels were preparing to send Adam and Garviel back to their own time, but when the Battle of Hoth started, the two time travelers offered to help the rebels out. On speeder bikes, they were able to fend off the first wave of imperials. They were assisted by a double agent called Jammie Dodger. But as the imperials started to invade the Hoth base, the rebels quickly sent Adam and Garviel back. Jammie Dodger was sent with them for support.

The three managed to return to their own time successfully, but on the way, there was a glitch that resulted in Garviel being left on board a separatist cruiser above Hoth, right in front of Beqin. While the other two appeared in front of Oky Wan, MacK, Wouwie, and Thok and told them what had happened, Bequin revealed to Garviel that she is from an alternative future where Garviel protected the time machine, that caused the separatists to win the Clone Wars. She then revealed to him that she was sent from the future by the Jim Butcher of her alternate universe to prevent Garviel from saving the separatists' time machine plans. Garviel then defended himself against his arch nemesis. Surprisingly, he did that using force lightning that suddenly shot out of his fingers.

Alarmed by the news of Garviel being in the hands of the separatists, the group of Republicans on Hoth decided to get Jim out of the CIS facility and leave the planet to rescue their friend. They entered the facility and Adam led them to the place where he had left Jim. There, they found him dueling Grievous and came to his aid. They were able to get the Droid General to leave. After Adam told them the story of his "evil half", they exited the facility to find out that the very same dark jedi had destroyed Mack's freighter and damaged the gunship before leaving the planet. Skipper24 was barely alive and William Jones was nowhere to be found, so he has been assumed dead. The group left in the gunship and devised a plan to rescue Garviel and destroy the separatist cruiser. It worked well, but Mack had to sacrifice himself to set off the bomb in the cruiser.

Now, our heroes are on their way to Felucia, where they hope to find the time machine and stop the dark jedi...

The Star Wars Comic Game: Chapter 4 - An Overview

After our heroes arrived in the Felucia System, a large space battle ensued as the CIS tried to prevent them from landing on the planet at all costs. Wouwie's Republic Attack Cruiser was aided in this battle by others which had received their call for backup. Amongst those friendly Cruisers were that of Commander Bob and that of Commander Pr0. The Republic could hold its own against the droid forces for a while, but amongst all the chaos, Adam sabotaged Wouwie's Cruiser and fled secretly in an escape pod. Soon, the shield generator of our heroes' Cruiser broke down, rendering the ship a sitting duck, so Jim, Oky Wan, and Thok had to abandon the ship in an ARC 170 Starfighter while Wouwie stayed with his men. On the planet, the three made their way to Garviel who had left previously with a few troops on a special mission to take out an enemy out post that was scrambling their communications. Meanwhile, after getting shot down by the CIS, Commander Pr0 crash-landed on Felucia. After walking through a forest for a while, he met Adam, and the two engaged in a lightsaber duel. Adam won and forced Pr0 to introduce himself. After that, they became partners and made their way to the rendezvous point where they were supposed to meet the others. Garviel succeeded in his mission, and soon everyone joined him and his troops at the outpost. But the droids noticed that the outpost wasn't under their control anymore, so they sent a whole little army over to retake it. Jim, Oky, and Thok got trapped behind the enemy line and used that opportunity to sabotage the droids. They hijacked an MTT and used its weapons to take out every droid in sight. When the droids were almost defeated, they nuked the outpost in a desperate final act. Fortunately, all of our heroes were able to survive the explosion, thanks to JD who, being from the future, was able to warn them in time. Jim, Oky, and Thok hid in a supplement cooling storage unit (aka. a fridge) while the others hid in a bunker underneath the outpost. When they reunited, William Jones revealed himself to be alive. Apparently he had left MacK's cruiser to check something out before it was blown up. They all took off in their RGSs and flew to the large Separatist base where they assumed the time machine to be hidden. Thanks to blueprints of the base (which were mysteriously supplied to them by Adam), they could locate a secret entrance, but they were unable to land anywhere near it due to anti-air turrets that were arranged around the base. Oky Wan took the responsibility to drop down to those turrets with his jetpack and take them out. Once on the ground, he received help from JD's younger present self who was just recovering from an attack from a bounty hunter. Together, they hijacked one of the turrets and used it to take out the other ones. At last, they all entered the base made their way to the location where Adam's blueprints claimed the time machine to be. Meanwhile, Pr0 returned from a quick trip to his orbiting Cruiser. He had researched the bounty hunter that attacked JD's present self in order to help the future JD who was suffering from the bounty hunter's attack on his present self. When Pr0 returned the destroyed communications outpost where he had left the others, he only found Will Jones who had stayed there to investigate a secret room he had discovered earlier. The only thing Will has found in there was a droid called 8P-4C. The droid promised to help them in exchange for upgrades, and so he and Will joined Pr0 and future JD on their RGS to go and help the others in the CIS base. They flew over there, but were unable to locate Jim and the others. They were unable to communicate with them since a communications tower on the separatist base made any attempt at contacting someone inside the base useless. So, the four devised a plan to hit the tower with Wouwie's almost-destroyed Attack Cruiser. Their plan worked, but Skipper, who was still highly wounded and the only one left on the ship, had to sacrifice himself in order for Pr0, JD, Will, and 8P-4C to survive the crash. After they locked onto Oky Wan's signal, the four infiltrated the base and caught up with the others. When they all reached our heroes entered the room where the time machine was supposed to be, they had to find out that it was a trap set up by the dark jedi that used to be part of Adam. The time machine turned out to be a fake, and the group was attacked by a whole attack force of MagnaGuards. After those were defeated, General Grievous himself appeared and would have destroyed them, if Commander Bob and his troops wouldn't have blasted through the wall and driven the droid general into retreat. Bob joined the team, and they were about to follow Grievous, when suddenly the dark jedi emerged from a dark corner of the room and introduced himself as Ragnakk Vohr. He revealed to them that he was sabotaging them by controlling Adam's actions ever since they entered the Felucia System. Jim started to duel him while Pr0 fought the possessed Adam. Vohr and Adam won, and Vohr ordered Adam to kill his friends, but Adam fought the dark jedi's mind control and refused to do it. In return, Vohr threatened to eliminate them himself and was about to kill Garviel when suddenly Beqin appeared and stabbed Vohr in the back. She continued to chase Garviel through an abondoned warehouse where Garviel finally managed to defeat her. Afterwards, he caught up with the others who had fought a couple more MagnaGuards and the bounty hunter that attacked JD's present self earlier. The futureJD finished his business with the bounty hunter, and they all entered the secret time machine room where Grievous was about to execute his plan of sending the mushroom mutants back in time. Grievous mocked them and threw present JD, who he had taken with him after their last fight, into a time portal. Adam, Thok, and Pr0 followed him into that portal to help him, using up all the Utapauan crystals that fueled the machine. Jim dueled Grievous while the others fought a horde of battle droids that entered the room. During this fight, Will and future JD got heavily wounded. Jim, Oky, Garviel, Wouwie, and Bob were forced to retreat into a hallway which turned out to be a dead end. In that moment, Adam, Thok, Pr0 and present JD appeared out of thin air. It appears that the time portal simply took them a little bit into the future. With the help of one of Thok's EMP grenades they could rid themselves of the approaching battle droids and return to the room with the time machine. When they entered the room, they had to find out that Grievous had killed Will, future JD, and 8P-4C while they were gone and he continued to kill present JD who had tried to save his future self. Upon this, Jim, Adam, and Pr0 started fighting Grievous with their lightsabers, but to no avail. He killed them one at a time and continued to his massacre until each and everyone of them was dead. However, Oky Wan barely survived his attack, and using the crystal he had taken from the Utapau mines, he went back in time and used the time machine to prevent it from ever being created. This caused a paradox in the time/space continuum that transported our heroes back to the beginning of their adventure. Now, all that has happened wont happen again, and all the brave men who sacrificed themselves to make their mission a success wont have to die. The only proof of the fact that the reversed events did happen is the memory of the eleven heroes. Satisfied with this happy end, they walked off to start a new adventure...

Season 1 Recap

In the first season of the Star Wars Comic Game, commander Jim Butcher assembled a rag-tag team of clone commanders and volunteers to pursue a rogue drug dealer who was being supported by the CIS. They tracked him down on Utapau and found out that the separatists were working on a secret weapon. This weapon turned out to be time machine. The heroic group followed General Grievous, the head of this operation, to Hoth. There, they saved the inhabitants of a sieged Republic outpost and infiltrated a separatist research facility where the enemy was developing mutants to send back in time. They also found out that the machine was located on Felucia, so they went there on board an Attack Cruiser after destroying an enemy Cruiser. Once on Felucia, they fought their way to the separatist base. Many died in the process, but finally, they got to the time machine just in time and used it to undo its own creation. In the end, the group of heroes lands at an alternate beginning of their adventure where it wouldn't happen and take off on a new adventure together.
