These set names were found on Amazon.de, just like the names of the new star wars sets:

8100 Cyclone Defender

8101 Claw Crusher

8102 Blade Titan

8103 Sky Guardian

8104 Shadow Crawler

8105 Iron Condor

BTW the sets amazon lists the sets as becoming available on February the first!

I thought Iron Condor sounded the best. Might be a mech for Hikaru.

hmmm, i dont think that is correct.

here's my guess:

cyclone defender = upgraded gate defender

claw crusher = upgraded sentry 2

blade titan = upgraded grand titan

sky guardian = upgraded stealth hunter

shadow crawler = upgraded thunder fury

iron condor = upgraded fire vulture

iron condor sounds too much alike to fire vulture than stealth hunter. sky guardian is more like hikaru's mech.

I would of said they were all re-done mechs, apart from maybe Blade Titan because of the name?

But lets hope they are all new ....Maybe a Mech for Sensei, and stuff. *sweet*

These sound great to me! Here are my guesses...

~Cyclone Defender: Like Uplink, but for Ha-Ya-To. A new version of the Gate Defender.

~Claw Crusher: A revised Sentry, perhaps? With claws, of course...

~Blade Titan: This sounds awesome, but I don't really know what to expect, aside from the fact that it's definitely for Takeshi...

~Sky Guardian: Same as above, but for Hikaru.

~Shadow Crawler: A new Thunder Fury or something. Also, I always think of purple and black when I hear that... maybe a purple devastator?

~Iron Condor: Again, sounds awesome. (Edited from bronze tank, just looked up "condor" in the dictionary, and discovered that it is in fact a vulture sooo...) A new and improved Fire Vulture!

Overall, these sound great! *y* And remember, there are probably still three more big sets, and maybe a promo like WL vs. BW. *Dreams of robot base...*

glad you agreed 99% with my analysis. however i dont know how you get from iron "CONDOR" to bronze tank.

Here's my guess:

8100 Cyclone Defender: human mech

8101 Claw Crusher: robot mech (maybe has a big "claw" of some sort to justify the name)

8102 Blade Titan: human mech, possibly for Takeshi. Maybe it wields a swoed or a blade?

8103 Sky Guardian: human mech, possibly for Takeshi. I'm thinking something along the lines of a winged mech, kinda like Super Nova. If it is dark blue...sweet. *sweet*

8104 Shadow Crawler: robot Mech. I seriously hope it breaks from the humanoid mechs trend, being a big mean mecha spider like Nova Crawler. Like Exo Master, I'd love it to be black and purple, these two colour go wonderfully together. *y*

8105 Iron Condor: robot mech. I don't know why, but when i think of this a giant mecha condor coloured in sand blue takes shape in my mind. Like in Shadow crawler, I'm hoping for a non-humanoid mech.

I hope next year line is satisyfing..EF is getting rapidly better it seems.

Oh, and I love the alien idea. Probably it won't happen though. :(

I'm having a mixed response to these new sets. On the one hand, half of them sound like remakes of some of the mechs in wave one of 2006, and I'm really hoping they make brand new designs. On the other hand, awesome, well designed but fresh remakes would be, well, awesome! If they keep that in mind, I'll be looking foward to the new sets. ;-)

I have attached a picture of what i think the Claw Crusher will look like to this post.

I hope that it'll be a Sentry-ish mech,with articulated claws,lots of purple parts-and a silver/trans purple Devastator.

That would rock.
