Mr Greeble Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Hi! This is just a small little room I made with a piano. Enjoy! through the window the piano by itself Quote
lightningtiger Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Cute, yet effective especially that through the window shot.....Brick On 'Mr Greeble' ! Quote
Mestari Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Very good, but the seat is too long for my taste. How about making it 3 studs wide? Quote
AirborneAFOL Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 I'm a big fan of "small detail" building-interior items. Thanks for sharing! Quote
badbob001 Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 (edited) Updated comment: I like the legs used (on the minifigure) and it really helped me with a design problem I've been dealing with for a long time. Thanks! And I like the colors overall of the scene but it may be improved with better contrast between floor and the piano. Personally, I prefer tan tiles to represent wood floors. The piano could be improved a bit. For the black keys, I suggest using the old-style hinges with the three prongs. And I'm not so sure about the cheese slopes for the top, but if you're trying to match a real piano that has a sloping profile, I suggest putting the slopes to the side and have the middle be flatter and smoother. If you want instructions for this piano, see this. Edited October 23, 2014 by badbob001 Quote
