Impavido (or, Restoration of an old MOC)

So, back in 2011, I built a ship that was based on one of my earliest sailing vessels, the HMS Dauntless. Sometime in the last year, I wanted to fix up this ship, as it had slowly been falling apart.

And now I present, the newly renamed, Impavido:

I am very happy with how It turned out. Everything is just much more clean and smooth, and the dimensions are all around better (And now I can call it a Spanish Galleon, as opposed to some galleon/barque hybrid)

The construction of the bow is quite intriguing!

The new sails make her look more dynamic.

Thanks! it was my first time trying out a bow in that style. I feel it turned out rather well. The sails are my first parer sails in awhile. I think I prefer paper, partly because i can do things like this.
