So we finally finished the baseball stadium! I think it turned out nice and will be placing it in the city soon.

It is called Lego Field which is home to the Lego City Stackers. The visiting team is the Brickville Clutchers. Luckily we have a few lego stores in the DC area and they have had the players jerseys and hats in the bins. The stadium has ticket booths, concessions etc. The footprint of the stadium is much larger than it looks in the photos, so I think it will be a great addition to our lego city.

Thoughts?

That's pretty AWESOME looking 'kc2dc'.......the outfield does look a little small, I bet a lot of home runs get scored.

Brick On & Play Ball 'kc2dc' !

Yes, a bunt is a home run in lego city :classic: . The stadium is huge. It on a large 48x48 wrapped with four more half plates. No way to make it any bigger, although, I do agree, the outfield is a bit small.

I know what you mean be MOC's being huge......many of mine extend even past what you have there.

What's next 'kc2dc' ?

You must have more room. I'm maxed out, using a full bedroom. Nothing major in the works, just some tweaking to get the stadium to fit and make sense. Between the stadium, the police station and the new detective modular, I'm tapped out for a while!

Now, I really like what you've done here. Even with the size constraints, you made a full on stadium! The raised field to allow for real dugouts is brilliant, and the whole place is busy with all the fans. Man, I just love going to baseball games.

This is pretty amazing! The detail is incredible. You thought of everything: the hot dog vendor, the fans with gloves, the announcer's booth. Love the guy with snacks coming down the aisle. I'm just putting my city together but would love to include something like this one day. This is really cool!

In your Moc everything has been put in the right place and this creates a great atmosphere.

Only a question: may be that your catcher is left handed?

Well, what's wrong with a left handed catcher? :)

I finally go the stadium into the city. Here are some pics. I think it turned out okay considering this was the ONLY place the stadium could go. I guess it's in sort of an industrial area, but it's close to transit and the airport!
