Vintage Lego 6023 Maiden's Cart Review

Hello,

Again with a review of this Awesome Set! The Maiden's Cart !

This is one of My Favorite Crusader's Set. It has Good amount of valuable Parts like: The Like Gray Legs from the Guard, and The maiden's Torso and White Cone Shaped Hat and The Very First Brown Chest in lego History to be presented in this set :)

The Sets comes with: 2 Minifigures + 1 White Horse

Valuable Information: The Old Brown Chest was introduced to Lego World with this set as first Castle theme to have. This Chest is of Thin Hinge with no Back slot type.

I don't think I have ever seen this set in the shops (must have been the dark ages).

I consider this to be one of the weaker carts they released back in those days. But the maiden hat is nice. As are the two red flags, such flags are always a welcome addition to a set.

A decent 'citizen' set from the castle theme with the rare maidens hat. The design isn't that great imo but it come with a good selection of parts.

It's great to see this set again! Thanks for the review, VintageLegoEra. This little cart brought me into castle, before that I just played with town. The fair maid came to play an important role in my castle universe, as she became queen. A king did not really exist at the time.

I've always been a fan of cart sets. The quality of cart sets has been all over the place, however, and I think this is one of the less impressive ones (even for it's time).

Indeed,,,The Old Classic Castle themes have a great touches for its time and also in some point better than the modern one ( to some Fans ). To me it is best than modern and would love to spend money in them than modern ones :)

Although the parts are simple, but the designs which makes it looks Awesome and Unique

This is one of my very first Castle sets, and indeed one of my very first Lego sets. I still have it, and I love it dearly.

Well, i was Just going through all my Vintage Sets and thought to add some Unique Elements to these Sets...

For this set, i see since it has a Chest and a Maiden, and the Guard will Drive the Cart, so no body to look after the Maiden and the Chest, So i added these 2 Worries to fulfill the mission ;)
