One or two viewing angles could have been better. VKTechnic Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Really liked the panel work on the front end, sad to see this go. Quote
JamesJT Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 With more time and more parts I think you could have made this work. Quote
Rishab N Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 You had some awesome angles on this thing. Hopefully you'll restart it or keep going Quote
Jurss Posted June 5, 2015 Author Posted June 5, 2015 Xbow project is back ... Some changes in front, because i realised, that i have only 2 5x7 panels in white (i have pretty lot in orange), so i'll try first with those, i have Rear axle and PF arrangement will different (i hope - better) Quote
Nalyd997 Posted June 5, 2015 Posted June 5, 2015 Wow cool to see it return, keep it up this time no matter what;) Quote
Jurss Posted June 5, 2015 Author Posted June 5, 2015 Yes, I know . I don't have orange 5x11 panels. Yes, I could by, but i've spent allready pretty much money on lego during last year. So Lego budget is empty. And at this moment color scheme is as it is. Now I'll make it as close to original by forms, and, maybe on Christmas ... Quote
Jurss Posted June 6, 2015 Author Posted June 6, 2015 Firts drivable version Trying to get in shape Quote
TheNextLegoDesinger Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 nice 1 question where is the valve for, just as a "gear shifter" or is there stil something coming Quote
Jurss Posted June 6, 2015 Author Posted June 6, 2015 As You can see, cockpit is still pretty empty. That, what looks like handbrake, was added by my son. And it is interesting idea, because sportcars has hydraulic handbrakes, maybe this will have pneumatic :) Quote
Lighti Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 woot! I love that car. thats the thing I always wanted to build since I got my unimog with all the orange panels and a RC buggy set... I skipped it since I am not that good with bodyworks, and those angles are hard to make... can't wait to see it finished... Quote
Jurss Posted June 9, 2015 Author Posted June 9, 2015 No progress now, but reconsidering body, because this just somthing like orginal. This was built by memory, but i went trough the pics of orginal car, and now i'm thinkig about rebuilding body from scratch. main construction will stay, so it's not so bad. Quote
Jurss Posted June 15, 2015 Author Posted June 15, 2015 Some "progress" - ordered some 5x7 orange panels, some 5x11 black panels, and something for TC7 idea ... Quote
Jurss Posted June 16, 2015 Author Posted June 16, 2015 Because of TC7, some break. Maybe i also will need some parts from this ... Quote
