Praefect Mustar Ul'Alyan from the Thousand Suns had been given a hard task - securing peace in the fishervillages of the nestlands. It had not been easy over the past weeks, when more and more clansmen started fighting for resistance. But finally, finally he had gotten an important hint. Greed is what leads people, and Mustar knows how to use greed to his advantage. He had just paid the local villager the agreed price, and there he stood in front of the small fisher cottage with the straw roof where the leaders of the resistance were discussing the next steps. Some palmtrees stood behind the cottage, and he a goat around the corner looked at the soldiers ligning up in front of the old shack.

The Praefect looked around. His men were in position.

"Alright", he whispered. "We do not want to kill anyone. We are here for the long run, we want to ensure peace, we want to rule these people by authority, not by fear. Try not to hurt anyone, unless you have to. We want to take prisoners, that's all."

He looked into his mens eyes, saw a last glimpse of the traitor walking away with his well earned money. Then he turned back to the cottage.

"CHARGE!", the Praefect screamed, kicking the door wide open!

Builder's note: I tried out some new stuff (at least for me) with this build, only showing parts of the wall and only hinting at the style of the roof. Also the way to build the wooden walls of the cottage is something I had not tried before. I think it turned out quite well, but I am looking forward to hearing some other opinions and also your suggestions. Thanks!

Great walls! While I wouldn't agree with the generalization that it is Greed that drives all, it is certainly quite useful at times!

Really nice work here Elostirion, I was wondering how you would do an interior on an irregular border, this turned out great! The stud-in wall technique works astonishingly well, and it certainly looks like those High Council (?) partisans don't stand a chance!

Edit:  for the approval!

Awesome build, Elostirion! I like the irregular baseplate you made and the expressions on the faces of the fishermen captures the moment as well.
