LordDan Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 (edited) A resurrected Nocturnian mage uses his powers to make an opening in the wall in the back of the city of Northwall so that a small group of Desert King warriors can get into the city and take the Ulandians by suprise. Sorry about the bad photos,These ones are placeholders until I can take better pictures tommorow EDIT: Nevermind, since voting has already started and these are not that bad of pictures( The lighting effect is hard to replicate during the day) I will just keep this picture. Jacob Nion Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Lets see what we've got so far: siege engines, tunnels, legendary beasts, dancing beauties- no magic? I'm glad you filled that gap! The light effect is wonderfully done! Really a great idea. And I like the mix of stone walls and wooden elements. Top entry! Quote
Garmadon Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Nice build LD, excellent job with the lighting effect! My only nitpick is that the windows on top of the wall seem a little out of place Quote
Kai NRG Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 The lighting effect is very nice! A bit more on the landscaping side would have bumped it up a touch though. Quote
LittleJohn Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Great entry! I really like the combination of stone and wood Quote
Captain Braunsfeld Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Great light effect for the magic! Quote
Balbo Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Great work! The wall and the lightening look very nice Quote
azog Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 I love the look and I like how you did the lighting!!! Quote
Bregir Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 The wall is looking really cool, although the crenelations are different from anything I have ever seen before! That effect of a portal being opened/the wall being dissolved is great! Quote
Gideon Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 Nice wall texture and that special effect is great Quote
soccerkid6 Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 The tilted foundation for the wall, and offsets in the stone pillars look great Quote
frumpy Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 This is a great MOC. I love the lighting affect you have achieved with this. Good work. Quote
