The first module in my collab with soccerkid6. The windmill actually works, not only do the blades turn, but a grindstone is operated as well. You can see a video of it here: Link

A miller operates his mill just outside Katoren's walls:

Brilliant, LJ. I have really come to love your style, and I think you have just the right amount of texturing. Some builders excel at greebling, but personally, I prefer the cleaner techniques like this.

I like the snotted wall of the defenses, as well as the design of the crenelations, and I think your windmill is beautiful. That millstone is very ingenious! Only criticism is that the awning on top of the windmill seems a bit out of place, as it would take some of the wind from the blades.

Your field design is great too!

Great job here Little John, the function is very nice and both the buildings look great! The wall style is very good with the in and out stones on the corners, and good work angling the windmill building!

What a wonderful mill! I really love everything about it. Especially the floor inside the mill, the landscape and the whole eastern design with these wind blades. Great work!

Really a great build. The blue looks fantastic here, the windmill design is superb and it's fantastic that it works. Your colours and presentation are superb. Lovely.

Very nice! The architectural elements - the walls, arches, columns, windows etc are all very good. The windmill is unique and well-built. You've included a lot of details and I especially like the stone path, the corner of the field and the awning on top. The laden horse looks good too. Overall this is a very good build and the presentation is very sharp. Keep it up!

Excellent build LJ, such a quaint, lovely scene! I really like the classic-style architecture for the castle wall, and the little path. The white building definitely steals the show here, such wonderful detailing and that bead door is a great touch! Awesome work on the working mill too!

Great color scheme, and a nice wall design on that wall, though it could possibly use a little more texture. Also awesome how the grindstone works!

Thanks, Milo! :classic:

Awesome job! As I said on Flickr, that wheat is awesome. And I didn't notice before that the blue curtain was bent back, as if it were blowing in the wind :classic:

Thanks, RC! I actually didn't even notice that 'till you said it, but glad you like it
