Jakorin Swiftsword Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 (edited) A counter to LordDan's Guerilla: http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=108435 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Deep in the woods of Esterbroke, a small crowd finally disperses from the long speech just given by an Avalonian supporter of the Desert King. Once the field is empty of all but the speaker, the Kaliphlin assassin emerges from the dark shadows of the woods. The speaker notices him, but shows him little concern. FInally he hears the soon-to-be-assailant speak. "Silence is golden," he says, just before he attacks. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks for looking! Spader Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Very, very nice! Where did you get those tree branches? Quote
LordDan Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Haha, really nice title and fantastic build! This is a top notch counter, great work! I fear, however, that this attack will only strengthen the resolve of the people of Esterbroke to fight back against High Council occupation. :) Quote
Yzalirk Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Very clean build and I love the tree! Good job, Jakorin. Quote

It could have been anyone. Quote
Garmadon Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 (edited) Excellent tree and foliage Jakorin, extremely nice counter! What pieces did you use for the spiked grass? What ever they are they work very well! Edited April 27, 2015 by Garmadon Quote
LittleJohn Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Fantastic counter! The tree and irregular base are superb Quote
mrcp6d Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 That is some dense greenery! Perfectly Avalonian! I'll echo Garmadon's question about those odd leafy pieces. Quote
Graham Gidman Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Fantastic scene! Love the use of AltBricks, and those unknown leaf elements. Quote
Jakorin Swiftsword Posted April 28, 2015 Author Posted April 28, 2015 Regarding the leaf elements, they are from Brickwarriors. Originally meant as part of the tribal helmet but I put them to better use. Quote
Captain Dee Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 The entire scene is beautiful. The tree is superb, the other vegetation is wonderfully dense, and the platform is well detailed. This really contains only two basic colors - brown and varying shades of green - and still it looks great. Very good overall. Quote
robuko Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Love that tree, and your presentation as always is just fantastic. Quote
Robin Creations Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 That tree is fantastic! And I thought that was me for a second Quote
soccerkid6 Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Sweet tree and irregular landscape I like the storyline too Quote
