paul_delahaye Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 Knowing how Lego town product ranges often follow track with playmobile releases: In 2005 playmobile release an airport, in 2006 lego release an airport In 2006 playmobile release an sea port, in 2007 lego release a seaport I noticed in a toy shop yesterday playmobile has put to market a very detailed post office I wonder what our chances are of seeing something along these lines in the later part of 2008? Siegfried Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 I've heard this theory before, and it makes a lot of sense. Vikings are another example, as is the tower crane. I hope Lego do; it has been a long time since they did a post office. :'-) Quote
Shadows Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 At least it looks like Playmobile doesn't mind making female figures *wub* A post office wouldn't be bad. Maybe that's part of the mysterious "Town Plan" we saw the partial leaked inventory for. If not, maybe it should be. Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 It would be only consistant to release a post office if TLC would continue to release more classic products - and it would be great! The two post offices TLC released in the early 80th were nice but much to small and with very few accessories. A new post office with a car (With doors, please and only four stuck bright!), two post officers, a female civilian and a lot of stuff like letters and packets - similar to the already mentioned Playmobil post office - would be very nice! If this would become true, I could even imagine other sets base on this theme: -packet service car with driver, a barrow and a lot of packets -post officer with bicycle and mailbox (e. g. as a may/june/july Impulse set) Quote
