Sir Brickalot Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 Well, I had to do something with TLG's Winter Soldier giveaway . This is based on the scene in CA:TWS where Steve Rodgers is pursuing Nick Fury's killer over the rooftops. Enjoy! Thanks for looking! C&C welcome Quote
Legocity2713 Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 Pretty good. The building is a tad bit colorful though. Thats my only gripe. All around nice job though. Quote
Sir Brickalot Posted August 17, 2015 Author Posted August 17, 2015 Cool MOC! Thank you! Pretty good. The building is a tad bit colorful though. Thats my only gripe. All around nice job though. Yeah, I kinda wanted something that would stand out. But thanks Excellent minifigure posing! Thanks, that's something that I worked on quite a bit, so your comment is appreciated! Quote
TheLegoDr Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 Good posing. Good scene in the movie. It's nice to see it portrayed. However, I never understood why everyone uses blonde hair for Steve Rogers...I realize comics show more blonde hair, but movie version looks more brown. Even dirty blonde would be darker than blonde LEGO hairpiece. I'm just being picky is all.. Good idea. Keep up the good work. Quote

I also wanted to use a darker hairpiece, but I couldn't find a suitable one, so I had to go with blonde. Thanks for your comment though! Quote
Sir Gareth Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 Nice moc How did you get Captain America's shield to stay in the Winter Soldier's hand? Quote

Butterfingers27 Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 Thanks! I also wanted to use a darker hairpiece, but I couldn't find a suitable one, so I had to go with blonde. Thanks for your comment though! The official lego Steve Rogers uses the same hairpiece as Star Lord, if that helps. Quote
Sir Brickalot Posted August 21, 2015 Author Posted August 21, 2015 Good work, nice posing of the mini figures. Thank you! The official lego Steve Rogers uses the same hairpiece as Star Lord, if that helps. Thanks, unfortunately I can't find my Star-Lord hair, but I have now substituted the blonde hairpiece with Chase McCain's. I agree, it looks much better now. Quote
