halixon Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 (Please note, this is a story focused on two of Aeldric's new rangers, and takes place after Aeldric finds Dar Askelohn and is made captain of the rangers of Albion) Next Chapter: Coming Soon Genic (The Human in the brown hood) and Cathras (The Redhead Elf) had just been recruited by Aeldric and assigned a task to head north to Mitgardia to investigate the potential threat of the Algus. On their way, they passed a small ranger set-up. A small bit of scaffolding was strewn about, most likely for higher positions and better points of view on the roads. Aeldric had issued for several of these camps to be dotted across the roads of Avalonia for the denizen's safety. Aeldric had also begun to recruit many races, other than originally human. From elves, to even dwarves. Though, Aeldric was cautious about which dwarves he recruited, as some of them can be a bit to friendly... Without figs: Back of the scaffolding: --- Anyways, let me know what you think! C & C welcome, and remember, this story takes places after Aeldric has found Dar Askelohn, and is named captain of the rangers of Albion. Quote
TitusV Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 The green side is really cool, but the tan side is a bit to straight and even. Try some reliëf. Nice build! Quote
de Gothia Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 As said by titus the green side is looking really good! The road could use some small Stones and pebbles!:) Quote
LittleJohn Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 Very nice little build, I like the path I think some tiles on the scaffolding would help improve it though Quote
halixon Posted October 9, 2015 Author Posted October 9, 2015 Thanks for the tips and comments guys! I know there's not much to comment on, but thanks for doing so despite it's size. Quote
Bregir Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Nice little build, Windusky. Will be looking forward to following your rangers in their quests and duties! Quote
soccerkid6 Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 The wooden platform looks a bit unfinished, a consistent railing would help a lot, I think. The landscape is pretty nice, though I'm a bit confused by the grass stalk with three different color flowers on it, if you want to vary flower colors, I'd suggest putting each new color on a separate stalk Quote
