casewindu Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 (edited) L-VF-1D This is a little model I made today because I was bored!: It is a fire and rescue car! I made it because I didn't like the official doctors car or fire cheif jeep thing that Lego had produced. I based it mostly on the fire cheif's car in stuntman ignition, my favorite game at this point in time. You have to drive it through a town being pumled with flying burning rocks and lava from the volcano that has just exploded in this take on films such as Dante's peak and volcano. Here is a picture of the actual car: http://cheatplanet.gamesradar.com/gb//imag...-screenshot.jpg It's the one in the centre! ;-) I will post more pictures soon! hope you all enjoy! simonwillems Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 Nice little car, with good colorscheme. I like the use of the chrome tile/grid piece on top, maybe I would change the red jumperplate on the roof for a red tile. :-) Quote
Darth_Legois Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 NICE! *y* i have been thinking about doing a rescue car from the latest police cars maybe i'l do it when they have another competition but for ambulances/emergency vehicles :-) Quote

figueifoto Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 Nice vehicle, very good use of car doors, hope that TLC copy's your idea, because it's one of the details that I miss most in the vehicles produced today. Quote
DJ Force Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 A very nice car, but I have some suggestions to match the screenshot even more: You should swap the white mudguards with red ones, since the red stripe goes from front to back. Put the 1x2 plate with bar (the piece behind the chrome grill) upside down, cause on the screenshot it looks like there Quote
