Athos Posted April 15, 2005 Posted April 15, 2005 Hey all... Does anyone know if any of the clickits flowers will fit onto the regular three pronged plant stems? How about the stars and hearts? Specifically these flowers? Steve Quote
xwingyoda Posted April 16, 2005 Posted April 16, 2005 Interesting question there ;) That would be good to add a couple flowers in a cemetarry... No clues whatsoever. So Athos, you've finally decided to join the Clickits side :-D Quote
The Middleman Posted April 16, 2005 Posted April 16, 2005 http://peeron.com/inv/catpic/save/362993994 Check that out. I don't think any of them do. Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted April 16, 2005 Governor Posted April 16, 2005 Have you boys been playing with your Clikits lately? Quote
Chuck Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 Have you boys been playing with your Clikits lately? but im a man...a manly man Quote
Darkie Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 Not that you boys would *ever* be caught dead buying clickits, the sets do come with a rather useful piece allowing stud-to-stud connections. Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted April 18, 2005 Governor Posted April 18, 2005 I'd love to be caught dead with Clikits. When they go to mummify me I'm going to choose Clikits over real treasure beause it'll be much cheaper. Quote

Thanks for the info Darkie ;) I might get a handfull of those in Billund if they have them in PABs, if not, well might buy clickits sets :'( Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted April 18, 2005 Governor Posted April 18, 2005 And what will you do with them Master Yoda? Quote
xwingyoda Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 No clues as of now ;) However it might be usefull to have connecting studs pieces in the future. Edit: an exemple: creating white foam on oceans Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted April 18, 2005 Governor Posted April 18, 2005 That's more detail than I'd ever be willing to go into... Quote
The Middleman Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 They're great for starfighters of any kind. Look at all the cool designs people do already, and these would just allow them to make better ones. Quote
xwingyoda Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 A big thanks for pointing the interest of clickit sets ;) I never thought these girly sets would be of interest ;) This proves me wrong >-| Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 Does anyone know if any of the clickits flowers will fit onto the regular three pronged plant stems? I hope to never find out. I'm embarrassed enough about buying Lego at my age, let alone Clickits. Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted April 19, 2005 Governor Posted April 19, 2005 Now what could be possibly wrong with a full grown man buying Clikits? Quote
xwingyoda Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 Nothing whatsoever ;) No shame, no shame at all ;) Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted April 19, 2005 Governor Posted April 19, 2005 Although it might seem a little strange to others... But what do they know anyway? Quote
xwingyoda Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 Anyway, you always have the excuse of the gift to your younger sister or cousin just in case ;) Quote
ApophisV Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I'm embarrassed enough about buying Lego at my age, let alone Clickits. Ts ts ts... >-| Baaaad attitude my friend, bad attitude! Better be proud that you have a hobby that is one of the most creative hobbies out there! ;) Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted April 19, 2005 Governor Posted April 19, 2005 I'm not the least bit shamed of buying LEGO for myself. Then again I've bought most of it over eBay where I don't have to leave home and come face to face with the people I'm purchasing it from. Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted April 20, 2005 Posted April 20, 2005 If you enjoy it, then there's nothing wrong with it (even Clickits). I'm trying to be funny, but I'm glad I've got someone to buy for. I always have an excuse. Quote
The Middleman Posted April 20, 2005 Posted April 20, 2005 Hell, I'm embarassed buying it - I look older than I am. The cashiers always look at me funny. Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted April 20, 2005 Posted April 20, 2005 I purchased a Duplo Bob the Builder Set once as a gift and a sassy cashier asked me if it was for me (being serious). It was worse than buying a city set for myself. At least with SW, the cashiers know that the SW collectors buy anything Star Wars related- they expect it. I didn't feel as bad on April 2 (even though while many collectors were plundering through carts of small figures, I was checking out the Lego). Quote
