Here's my entry into the Expand the Winter Village contest. I chose to build a sporting goods store selling everything from winter apparel, to snowboards and skis. The shop has a light brick that lights up the showcase window, and the car features opening doors and trunk. I tried to keep it very similar in size, and complexity to an official Winter Village set.

Brick's Sporting Goods is a very popular store year round, but especially in the winter. Come inside and buy a new snowboard, visit the hot chocolate and cookie vendor's stall outside, and then enjoy a day of fun in the snow.

Another great addition to the "winter village".

Who wouldnt need a sports shop around when its snowing and ones skies and skates are lost from last year.

I like this "set". Looks great ! :classic:

The clothes rack is certainly the most appealing detail. Whole model looks good in general, maybe I don't really like these red stripes on the building and also the car looks a bit weird. The positives though overweight these easily :)

Wow really nice! I particularly like the clothes rack for some reason! :classic:

Thanks, that was one of my favorite parts too :classic:

Great build! I love the use of fencing foils as ski poles!

Thank you! I don't have any actual ski poles, so I had to improvise

Hehe, clever title... Awesome job!

Thanks, Graham! Glad you like the title

Nice build!

I like the red lines on the walls, they add a nice variation.

Stall and car look great, too.

Scale-wise, it's a perfect addition to the existing sets.

Best of luck, and keep clicking those bricks together.
