CelesAurivern Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 (edited) In the middle of the night, a small boat docks at an unregistered pier near Charlatan Bay. Under the pale moonlight, the men hurriedly unloads their cargo and depart, as swiftly as they came. What these men were transporting is anyone's guess. We can only surmise it's not worth the risk to find out... June 3, 616Dear ************* It was with great pleasure that I received your inquiry. As you have no doubt heard , Charlatan Bay is a thriving community that includes amongst its erstwhile population many ex-pats of Corrington lineage (my humble person included). While the majority of our population is devoted to the old faith in spite of the unfair persecution of the Church of Oleon, we treat all of other beliefs as per adage “treat thy neighbour as you would be treated”. As the financial secretary and mayor, of Charlatan Bay, the Bishop Meloche has tasked me oversee the daily running of our community and to develop commercial ventures in order to keep our economy viable. At present, our nascent efforts involve the attempt to establish my trading concern (i.e. Willem Morris Tobacco Traders Limited), but we would be so honoured as to add another foreign commercial holding to our colony under the ****. As such, please find attached a deed for land title to a lot within the limits of Charlatan Bay for you to use at your leisure. This will be for use of you and your progeny in perpetuity, under no threat of taxation or annexation, as long as the present administration holds office. Your humble Servant, Mstr. Willem J. Morris (colloquially known as “Big Tobacco”) Whole view of the pier with watchtower. Edited June 3, 2016 by CelesAurivern Quote

TitusV Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 Neat build, especially the tower, and great lighting on the first pic Quote
SilentWolf Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 Great use of lighting and a neat little boat! Though the subject matter seems very dangerous. I better sail clear of that area for a while. Quote
