Staslegomaster Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 How many horses do you need to pull that?!! Quote
VintageLegoEra Posted June 11, 2016 Author Posted June 11, 2016 (edited) How many horses do you need to pull that?!! No need for horses. If you focus, you will notice there is an Antenna/Bar Part on both sides of the Siege Tower which allow the guards to push and pull it. Old Method back then. BrickCurve Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Nice review, though it's a pity that some of the photos are so dark. Quote

I certinly know that siege towers are neither pulled by horses nor pushed by knights in the fields because it's very hard. They're moved by those who are inside. Thank you. Quote

Thanks for the info., but i dont agree as i have seen somewhere back then in photos or Videos that these are pulled/pushed by Guards or slaves! :) Quote

Littleworlds Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 A very good review of a very good set I always loved the look of this siege tower. It just appears authentic, unlike the stuff Lego was throwing at us in the recent castle-waves Quote

Now just as you said: throwing pieces!!! Great review!! Thanks Bud! Quote
Staslegomaster Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 If guards pull or push this they'll have no strength to fight. So - poor slaves! Waiting for your next review. Quote

SirBlake Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 Love this set. Not only is the wall beautifully simple, and the siege tower fantastic, but the modularity makes plugging it into a larger castle a real joy. Makes me wish for similar modularity in a modern castle line. Quote

BrickJagger Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 Nice review. The pictures are a little blurry, however. I like this set as a whole, both for its army building usefulness and the wall segment to flesh out the King's Castle. Hopefully I'll be able to pick this up one day. Quote
