Gunman Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Heyy there guys, back with a small moc for Age of Mitgardia. cc appreciated. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 (edited) Ah, so good to see a Mitgardian MOC in your signature style again Great detailing and parts use for the wooden gate and the SNOT wall is lovely, all those parts are so familiar, yet look so different when used on end Excellent snowscape with the icy pond, and tree too :) Edited June 12, 2016 by soccerkid6 Quote
Blufiji Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 The snot work and the organic shaped doorway is very unique and amazing. Great job! Quote
LittleJohn Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 That gateway Fantastic use of those arch pieces! Excellent job with the wall and landscape as well, I particularly like that you made the wall completely SNOT Quote
TitusV Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 The rounding of the gate is awesome, Nice wall-technique as well Quote
ixypixy Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Fantastic job Your gatehouse really stands out and has a unique feel. Using those bley textured bricks like that in the wall is ace and I love teh wooden gatehouse design. The terrain looks very realistic and the tree is very clever. Quote
Leonardo da Bricki Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 I rally like the round gate! And the muskets for tree limbs is great! Nice job! Quote
mrcp6d Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Another great MOC from Gunman, sweet! The circular gate is epic. As for CC, snow on the ground means snow on the roof! Quote
Gunman Posted June 12, 2016 Author Posted June 12, 2016 Thanks a lot guys :) @mrcp6d ups... you are right mate Thanks a lot Quote
Mpyromaxos Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Beautiful moc! Loved the gate, tree and your snowjob! Good job my friend! Quote
BrickCurve Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Amazing job! The tree in particular is a standout. The only thing I think that mot improve it would be having the headlight bricks in the wall covered by 1 x 1 tiles. Quote
Gunman Posted June 13, 2016 Author Posted June 13, 2016 Beautiful moc! Loved the gate, tree and your snowjob! Good job my friend! Thanks a lot Giorgi! Amazing job! Thank you BrickCurve, ye half the times I cover them with 1x1 plates but now I am almost out of 1x1 lbg plates so I left them as is. thanks for the CC :) Quote
Isundir Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Wonderful Gatehouse, loving the sideways wall technique, don't think I've seen it done like that before. Quote
Kai NRG Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Love the shape of the entrance here, as well as the sideways wall! The tree is great too, and light blue under clear always looks so good! Quote
-Sunder- Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 I love the natural look of the gateway! Nice job! Quote
Garmadon Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 The snow and frozen lake are superb here, and the round gateway is unique and looks very good as well! I do think that the guy up there might get a bit cold if there was much wind though! Quote

dathil Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 really nice tecniques for the wall and the round gate! also that tree is pretty cool. Quote
Exetrius Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 I guess I'll just echo what others said: the sideways wall technique and the round (almost portal-like) gate are outstanding! The snow and the frozen pond are great as well. The upper part of the gate is a little odd, imo, as it seems very vulnerable to attacks compared to the solid lower part and the wall. Looking forward to the upcoming phases! Quote
The Maestro Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 My mind went 'Kabom' when i saw that gate. Quote
Jacob Nion Posted July 1, 2016 Posted July 1, 2016 I love how you use those wedge slopes and arches all over again. That gives your architecture something very unique. Like the typical round entrances. Great work! Quote
Gideon Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 Nice tree and snowscaping! I like the lookout fig a lot too Quote
bricklover Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 I like everything about this build! My favorite part is the wood section. Quote
