Neither, I think. It's a new non-license line, probably in the style of James Bond.

Sounds very interesting. This theme would be very, very coool to see. I was also unable to view the pics, but I hope this is a true "Lego" theme. I guess we will all find out this summer.

INDEP is more likely to mean independent, in meaning that it is being developed as an exclusive for a certain retail chain, like the TRU exclusives that are made each year. May just mean that they don't have a retailer to take the product yet or are unable to disclose that info.

There are many ideas in that thread that are being carried out in this new agents theme. A couple things that excite me are that maybe lego looks on this site for ideas. Also it proves that lego is starting to move away from there so called "anit violence" rule. Well, to be fair, we really don't know if this theme is going to be violent at all. But it does seem to have a darker theme. Anyways its good to see lego branchingout a bit. You just wait guys. preety soon your going to see USC sets of fighter planes, tanks and in time....dare i say...

OK lets try to stay positive: it has loads of playability features (look at all the vehicles !!)

BUT, that truck is oversized and basically from that pic, that theme looks like a city MM - just anothetr waste of time and efforts and money !!

I'm waiting for the smaller sets though: I'm sure they'll have cool details and accessories !!
